Katie Hope to make a room have a sort of base, you paint all the walls a lighter color and one wall a darker color. If you do this on several walls in a room that has more than four walls, it makes the room feel separated but still cohesive (same)
If ya wanna mix things up, find premade color palettes. You'd be surprised what colors actually work well together. Find a palette you like or find interesting, and commit to do an entire house with the palette.

I also have pretty much the same layout going, except mine is only one room, and the room next to the bathroom is an office. I stopped while trying to place the kitchen becase I also couldn't figure how to do that lol, and oh! It also did the thing to me with the plaster in the bedroom! So weird, like that wall is plastered, game, what do you mean!.

I finished the game yesterday. Once you finish, it kinda allows you to start over. It gives you all of the houses to buy again. But you get to keep your money and skills.

Yo you could always paint the walls white first (or grey, you could do it in either order) and then only paint the walls with the grey partially. I remember watching someone do this and they didn't finish painting one wall and the color was much more muted. It works, but you'd probably have to take it slower lol.
Maybe next time use the beige as an accent color but never do an entire room beige like that. It limits the creativity that you can use for the decorative aspect.
I wish they would add more shower designs. Only one option sucks! I'm currently on this house too! The plastering, omfg. There were several times there were hidden areas that needed plastering and I had to find the sweet spot with my mouse otherwise it would stop plastering -_- It's funny how obsessed you are with the windows as I absolutely hate cleaning them!! My window cleaner goes all over and doesn't go up and down nicely like yours does! I even go super slowly to try and correct it, but it doesn't last long before it's diagonal or the opposite way again :(
i had this one girl in my class, We will call her Susan because yea... so she was the most self centered human I have ever met, she had these “friend group” she hung out with, and the reason I used quotes was because those two girls chose to hang out with her, just to be nice, but hated her so much! She assumed every boy liked her. The one she talked about the most was this boy, I will call him Bob, He was sorta in my friend group, cause of one of my friends, but he would call her a name, and she thought it was a complement for some reason, and so this boy called her that name, and she was like “YOU CANT CALL ME THAT” and the boy was like why? and she said “BECAUSE BOB CAME UP WITH THAT SO ONLY HE CAN CALL ME THAT” and me and my friends started dying laughing
