You did great! Good mic, good backdrop. Camera work needs to be perfected. You could have turned 90 degrees so not shooting into the sun, and not in shadow when talking to the camera. And zoom in on your upper body when talking to the camera, and a bit more when you are throwing too, Lots of empty frame. But great job in front of the camera, great throws too.
