Oh yes! I save all of that packing! A lot of my suppliers have changed their packaging along the way so I typically use that for my wholesale orders and I savor it! When it's gone it's painful!

thank you for your video! i have a physical location for 13 years but i wanted to start an etsy now so i was looking for shipping tips on what to buy ect… so i came back to your link before purchasing to try to use your affiliate links to give you credit. my best friends are strictly youtube content creators gentscents so i know i better watch the whole video to the end and use your links 😊 haha but i wanted to let you know that 4x4 boxes weren’t on there and maybe if you had some more size boxes to pick from i also followed your link for future purchased you could add the hp toners bc they cost a lot and i use them for my business i noticed you had the printers listed just a thought i shopped around all of the list i enjoy seeing what people like and recommend i’ve ordered some great house hold cleaning items that way 😅 just a thought i love all of your information and plan to watch more so thank you keep up the good work!
A great video. I'm wondering if you might create a video that shows how you make a mass pour. I saw an image of you pouring using a funnel and wearing a mask with a hose of the back. How do you set up for the pour? What’s the max number of 8oz tins you do in one pour? How do you fill the funnel - any safety tips? The steps in the pour - left to right, top to bottom? Any other information you feel is important about mass pouring. Thanks, David

I have never heard of Polono but I'm sure they have everything you need. And I purchased my stamp a few years ago from Zazzle! Congrats on the hair salon!

Just wondering, when you need to report a damaged product to get refunded, do you report it to the shipping company, your business insurance company, or the supplier for the packing materials? Just started making candles and eventually want to make it into a business so any guidance on this matter is appreciated!!! 😊
He reported to the shipping company in hopes that you paid for insurance with the package and then you also say a prayer and a Hail Mary because nine times out of 10 they do not give a damn and will not refund your package based on your claim
Just a heads up that it is at the discretion of the UPS store whether they take USPS packages. Mine does not (and I checked other locations, some do some don't). It has to do with their UPS load and storage space to hold USPS packages.
I need the wireless label printer! It’s cumbersome with the one I have now. I have learned that if the box is shook and you hear (even a tiny bit) of movement, it’s not good.

Ashley, lots of good info here. I sell other things that require smaller boxes but have gone with the cubes 6x6x6 as you mentioned. My boxes have a number but not a stamp with a certification. I got them on Amazon and I’m going to use up what I have before getting more hopefully local. Is there a certain brand I should look for to get the seal? Also, there is a hood bit of shit they should teach in school that they don’t huh?

I've had them all printed through either local print shops or through Vistaprint in a pinch!

Love this! Now you use pirate ship which I’ve investigated a bit, but how do your customers pay shipping?
I have shipping profiles set up on my Shopify so if they spend a certain amount it is free but if it's under a certain amount it's a set rate!
