Love the home !! Beautiful, light and airy. I like the open concept living, dining and kitchen area. I especially love the large master bedroom, where you could have relaxing reading nook by the window, and the great design of the closet and en-suite bathroom.
Would love sitting on the covered front porch reading a good book or just enjoying the view. 😊😊

Pretty nice home but I would much more prefer a 3rd bedroom over a 3rd bathroom. The master suite could be reduced some in size to accommodate that 3rd bedroom. Love the open concept, pantry and laundry rooms though!

It's a neat looking place. I'd make a few minor alterations: put a woodstove into the fireplace and relocate the TV; change the kitchen island to standard counter height; and the "bathtub in the shower" isn't my style.
Thank you . I will place the TV on the side of the window. The height of the island kitchen will be changed in pairs to suit the owner. The bathtub is suitable for those who like to relax in the shower. I'm glad you were with us
Nice house. The master bedroom walk-in closet and bathroom both need doors! I don't like the walk-in tub and shower combo in the master, I'd prefer these to be separate. It looks like the kitchen island is very close to the rest of the kitchen with a very narrow passage, but that just may be optics. Otherwise, I like it!

How can you see floor plans and room sizes for this beautiful house? Can’t seem to find on site.

I am interested in floorplan interior room dimensions. My county only allows min. 1100 sq. ft home. Personally, i was looking for a small home, no larger than 1000 sq ft. However, I would like to compare a few other homes on your sites. I am a single person, looking to downsize from a 2 story 2500 sq ft home, too large for me.

Although this house is big, it is really only for one person and some visitor. It is purely impractical, cold, with an inadequate kitchen, there is little storage space. It is a house for a very busy man who only sleeps here.

Wow nice house like lot of windows "bright home" I prefer 3 bedroom instead of 2 Bedroom. I find the pantry to far to kitchen.
With this area, I will design for you 3 beautiful bedrooms. The storage room will be arranged to suit each person's comfort

Parts of it look cozy while other parts look institutional with exposed cinder block. That size home needs a third bedroom. It won't sell as a two bedroom as it is almost 2,000 sq. Feet.

NO room for end tables or lamps in the LR? I guess all they do when awake and not eating is either watch the TV or the fireplace. The kitchen is not a cook's kitchen either. This is not a kitchen I could happily cook in. Nor did I notice heating, cooling or hot water - living in this house would be like camping out.
