Appreciate what you all are sharing but please get some microphones because this audio is very difficult to listen to. You can find some reasonably priced Lavalier Lapel Mics that clip on to your shirts... Depending on your budget the best option would be to have a table in the center and each speaker has a mic in front of them to speak into. Always good to also do a short test recording of a couple minutes for audio and video quality before your groups just to make sure everything looks and sounds okay. Update (😆) As i write this it seems there may be a lapel mic on him? If i had to guess it was his shirt hanging over the mic, so when he moves his head/body the mic is having trouble picking it up properly. Anyways...just some friendly suggestions to consider.
