Most of us would.. who ever writes these silly stories have no clue how real life works. Besides, pretty much all communities have laws where semi trucks can park and go.. there's truck routes clearly marked... Where I live, that truck would have been called, the drivers CDL suspended, and if he works for a trucking company, he would be fired.
IF this was real I would have called a tow truck the second I saw that truck there. Calling a Semi tow is a thousand dollar + tow. Then a lawyer to sue Karen personally for the damage. The HOA shouldn't pay for the ignorant Karen. When you own a over half million dollar tow vehicle you want a lot to hire it out.
The first thing you do is call the cops and report the trespass and get them to have it towed at owner's expense. The second thing you do is call your lawyer, and sue her into penury.
This story really doesn't make sense. 1st call. Police as soon as he got home. Let them tow it. Next call the company that owns the truck. They need to send an insurance adjuster to assess the damage. They'll fix the damage then they'll go after Karen for what they're truck damaged. And their pockets are deeper than the HOA. I've been in the Trucking industry for over 25 years. That's how something like this goes down. And the Nephew gets fired on the spot.
The propertyowner had all rights to inpound that semi truck. That should have been the first step. And then sue the driver ( not the HOA) for damages. But that would be a short story,
I would have given one hour for the truck to be removed from MY property. I would also have called the police to come out immediately to enforce my demands. If the truck wasn't gone within the hour I demanded, my next step would be to have it towed. My next action would be to send a demand for restitution of damage to my property. Then call a lawyer and begin a law suit against the OWNER of the truck. As to the HOA's "no trespass" sign installed on MY property? Anything placed on my property requires MY permission...anything installed on MY property without MY permission will be removed by me.
Even if he fell within the HOA it is still private property and she can't park there. I will never understand how HOA'S think they have the right to make decisions about other people's property in the name of community betterment without the owners consent. It is an overreach of power.
Block the truck in and charge $20,000/day storage fees. Problem solved, a lot quicker. Of course, the story is wholly fictional, just like all the others on this channel. Amusing though. It's best to watch them at 2x speed, otherwise the very - slow - narration takes too long.
Story is so far out of reality it’s laughable. Steps I would take as a current Truck driver. 1. Call the truck company. 2. Call the police commercial division. 3. Commercial tow service. 4. Call lawyer. After taking pictures and videos.
Have enjoyed the StoryTeller stories. This is the first one I gave a "thumbs down." "If it's not gone by morning, I'll call the police"-it wasn't-"you have until tonight to move it"-it wasn't. On and on and on...give me break...
Call the police. That first officer had told Randall to call back if the situation hadn’t changed. So call the cops again, for goodness sake. Then call the owner of the truck and trailer; there is no way the nephew has enough money to own his rig. After that, call a lawyer and a tow company.
These stories that ignore reality is time lost! As mentioned by most already, the second I saw it, I would document the incident, call the police, call a lawyer and call a towing company, and not a moment later!
You don’t wait until the next day to get the semi removed. You call a tow company right away. You call the lawyer for a lawsuit on all the damage to both the truck owner and HOA. You don’t wait around. The truck driver should know you don’t go parking on someone’s lawn tearing it up and thinking that is ok. Why would this Karen think tearing up a lawn makes the HOA look good? Why does this Beta keep giving more and more time to get the truck moved? This is insane. It should have been removed as soon s as this Beta saw the truck. If they aren’t going to move it, call the tow company. Should be in the phone with a lawyer about all the damaged done. What a simp!!!
What a sham story. I would have called the police immediately. It's illegal and it doesn't matter if he is a member of the HOA or not. It would be moved within an hour. The office would not have let it stay any longer. He would have said, "Move it or it will be impounded". Quit complaining and call a tow truck.
1st day after speaking to the Karen I would have called a tow truck the company name on the truck and sued the HMO pay for all damages that would have been that!
Thanks for the analysis! I need some advice: My OKX wallet holds some USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (alarm fetch churn bridge exercise tape speak race clerk couch crater letter). What's the best way to send them to Binance?
Tractor trailers don't do grass. And they don't use gasoline. Would probably take 2 tow trucks to drag that out of a yard like that, if you could get it in there in the first place. Did I mention any gas, water and sewer lines it runs over. Ruptured gas lines are a very serious mater. And a crushed water main would sink that truck in the ground.. Sewer line.would be an unbelievable mess. Add a underground power line and you don't even want to think about that....
I would have not said nothing.... just waited till dark... that truck would have soo many electrical issues it take a mechanic a month to fix it and thousands of dollars ....I’d have switched a few wires around on the ECM plug,,, it’s no easy with a electric print.. maybe switch oil pressure and coolant temps ...
Hey first find someone to drain the fuel. It works perfectly good for heating oil or in somebody else's truck. State department of environment 24-7-365 Will handle any oil leak
2:45 why did he go to talk with that Karen? Shoukd gave called the vops and a towing company and get tgat truck towed. Them as soon as possible sone very large and heavy rocks placed and thats it.
I would call my lawyer, the police and a tow company as soon as I saw the semi on my property
DEFINITELY
Most of us would.. who ever writes these silly stories have no clue how real life works. And the Nephew gets fired on the spot.
Their truck
And diesel doesn't smell gasoline. It's a distinct odor.
My guess is the nephew is an owner/operator that didn’t think about that part of it, where the truck is going to get stored, not a company driver.
You can tell it's a fake story because Randall didn't just get the truck towed at the owner's expense.
Also, why would you be smelling gasoline from a semi?
I would have called tow company & not bother talking anybody about it. It's on private property cop's would NOT stop it being removed.
First, I like the story, but I would call police and then a towing service. Then my attorney
I would have called a semi truck towing company after the first call to the police
The propertyowner had all rights to inpound that semi truck. That should have been the first step. And then sue the driver ( not the HOA) for damages. But that would be a short story,
Na, she both because the HOA gave permission
I don’t understand this seeming reluctance to call the police over this matter. Randall is a wimp.
Na, a real man deals with his own problems, and doesn't involve the Cops unless they have to
@@brandonhurd6785 So should he just have it towed?
@@gxr7777 Yep. A lot of companies drool over towing a Semi because of the insane amount of money they stand to make off it
Call a tow truck and have it removed
And then sue Karen.
immediatly, no waiting, no discussion, police and then a tow truck

These stories are ridiculous! What moron is not going to call the police immediately?
Even if he fell within the HOA it is still private property and she can't park there. I will never understand how HOA'S think they have the right to make decisions about other people's property in the name of community betterment without the owners consent. It is an overreach of power.
They get away with it because people let them. I lived in a gated community with many of the same stupid rules as a HOA. I beat the at their own game.
Call the law now. Don't wait.
Why do these idiots bow to hoa people instead of getting a lawyer and law enforcement involved immediately.
Because this is a fake story and 100% someone's fictional writings
Block the truck in and charge $20,000/day storage fees. Problem solved, a lot quicker.

This story doesn’t make sense. Why didn’t the nephew sort the truck out?
Oh yes, for those who do believe this ..... Randall is a wimp
Wait till morning, what BS, call the police 1st, then let them deal with it. Call your insurance company and have them also come out.
Whether it's part of the homeowner association or not, she has no right to park that truck and this person's lawn. Without his permission
some of these stories are very annoying, i would have given him 30 minutes to move it. then call cops and a tow truck
He should have called a towing company first then the police that rig would have been gone that day
OMG he keeps giving Karen more time to get that truck off his lawn. Grow a set Randall.
Call police and have it towed. Give them the time it takes for the tow to arrive to move it.
Good story but i wouldn't have given them until morning. Call the police, tow and call an attorney.
Have it towed
He should have called the police and had them come out ticket tow it at owners expense.
BULLS...!
Karen would have been forced out if she hadn’t stepped down
Bye tires
Air lines
Just tow the truck. Anyone can see it doesn't belong there.
Randall should have called the police 1st, B4 talking to Karen. This needed to be dealt with immediately.
do all these writers actually believe us listeners to be so STUPID to think no one would not call police, and lawyers immediately ?
Call the police. That first officer had told Randall to call back if the situation hadn’t changed. So call the cops again, for goodness sake. Then call the owner of the truck and trailer; there is no way the nephew has enough money to own his rig. After that, call a lawyer and a tow company.

I would not even said by tomorrow morning. I would have given her 10 minutes to move it before I called the police.
Ya want revenge... grab a Allen keys set .. remove the trucks ecm plug apply some never seize install plug...instant engine electrical problems...

I wouldn’t even have confronted anybody I would’ve just called the cops and had it towed and been done with it
call a tow truck remove it

This AI isn't there yet... not reasonably believable human reactions yet.
Hey first find someone to drain the fuel. It works perfectly good for heating oil or in somebody else's truck. State department of environment 24-7-365 Will handle any oil leak
Pictures, cops, tow truck. 20 minutes later solution on the way.
This long drawn out story is giving me so much anxiety, I’m out. Later dudes
Move truck now or I'll have it towed . Plane as day
Get into cab without doing any damage push in the yellow and red knob hook a tow line if needed you can move it
Well Randal drive the truck on to her property, the let the tyres down,Wimp.
2:45 why did he go to talk with that Karen? Shoukd gave called the vops and a towing company and get tgat truck towed. Them as soon as possible sone very large and heavy rocks placed and thats it.
09:00 and again confront Karen by himself? Should have called the police and a lawyer instead.
29:30 just pull that sign out and throw it away.
What a bunch of bs story
watched 5 minutes...worst hoa story ever...
