No, scarlet viper and blood bath are not the same varient, so it won't transfer @Chaitu Nani

1:08 you can only transfer the exact same varient to a shiny poi, shiny star child to star child n shiny splitting to splitting etc

At the moment, there isn't a official % for shinys poi, only thing they've said is they're rarer than diamonds

Claim one? You don't, unless you mean getting a varient from the mail, since that also has a chance to be a shiny poi
