If the payment wasn’t processed, that’s fine, but the status of the appointment itself must be confirmed via the app. The client should have booked an appointment via the app with them to be eligible to review. The client will have had at least one confirmed appointment booked with that barber on theCut. If it went under requested, they won’t be allowed to review.
i have a ? im setup but im not popping up under the "search" for barbers in the area. any idea why? my address etc all matches my co workers who do pop up. some of them dont tho
What I do is go to the address on the app in my bio and cha he the part that say commercial to residential and change it back daily cause I notice the same thing

Can a blocked client leave a review for you or change a review they have already left?
Yes, they can. However, please get in touch with us at Customer Service if you want to dispute a review.
