Battle twist: Sans starts with a giant flame covering him, Every attack and every second the flame reduces, the smaller the flame, The lazier Sans is and the weaker he is. When he has completely has fallen asleep they give you attempt to slash him, Every attempt will be successful, but the longer Sans stays with the flame the more hp he gains. If you miss too many times, the flames get too big and they burn you. At mid battle Gaster comes and gives Sans the enigma powers for the rest of the battle. The enigma powers make the flame go up faster and Sans will gain hp quicker and takes more time to completely fall asleep. Nearly at the end he starts to melt as his powers vanish and he is vulnerable. A single hit will be a critical hit. Now he loses hp and he no longer has the flame nor the eye glow and the faster he falls asleep. After attacking Sans, A memory of himself at phase 1 will show up and try to kill the human. This will be phase 16.5 and you no longer can use mercy. Also during the main battle you can't use any items and you can't also act. If you use mercy Sans just considers it fake. The trident is his special attack and the one who gives him the power of the flame. Upon reaching the end, Sans drops the trident and crouches, thus losing his powers.
