Oh pretty Jennie... By the way, I remember using ice cube before applying foundation. Its kind a cheap primer (lol) but seriously the cold effect of ice cubes on the face can make the pores on the skin smaller and reduce oil production on the face so that the makeup you wear will last longer.
if im not wrong in this specific clip im pretty sure she's using the bowl with ice-water for bloating/slightly swollen face. A lot of people dip their face in ice water for a less puffy face.
