Finally found the song. One of the most heartbreaking kdramas ive watched. It felt so raw, making me want to cherish the characters’ joy and sadness. Their lives were so tragic yet so beautiful. They were so fragile, like they just needed a warm hug from any stranger who could see their worth. When this played at the last scene of the kdrama, i couldnt stop feeling so wronged yet i guess the drama did show his happy ending of death. Staring at the ending scene he wanted. This inspired me to be a “drifter”, a plankton. Lastly, thank you for writing this kdrama and to the actors/actresses that brought their characters to life. And to you, junha park for the music that created the colours behind these scenes. I watched it in one go, stayed up for the first time for a kdrama, for someone who values their sleep haha. I will watch this in the future and be reminded of how much it tore me apart and built me back up. It was too short, too bittersweet. I hope everyone who reads this, learns to cherish every moment, life’s too short for regrets. And you too deserve to be loved.
I like the reference of Icarus with the wings melting as he fell to the ground. He was probably envious of the Freedom that the birds experienced because the people in the town (or earth) often don’t have a lot of freedom for themselves as we have a lot of responsibilities and that only stops when we die. I don’t mean it to be the absolute freedom that lacks responsibility, but rather the freedom to enjoy life instead of living it just to survive.
This hits home 🥹, and I think it’s so easy for people to forget the simple joy of enjoying life when we get overwhelmed and become blinded by responsibilities from life. Cheers to the singer and songwriter, love this song so much ❤

I heard your song in Mr.Plankton and I can safely say this is the BEST OST of 2024 :D. I cried way too many times to this song in the show and when they put your song in the end of the episode where Seung Hyeok is riding in his car to heaven (that's my perception) I ugly cried so hard ooof... You, Junha Park are one of my favourite singers. His songs embraced me through the bittersweet journey of the characters. His music meshed so well with the direction, cinematography and antiques of Mr. Plankton making it a true gem. The drama would not have been able to convey the beautiful tragedy of their stories as effectively as it had done were it not for his songs. Hoping to hear more from you in OSTs!
