I LOVE that Shea and Rajah aren't afraid to give out some BOOTS! AND they actually give constructive critiques and not just "I don't like it". Toot≠impressive and boot≠unimpressive. Cheryl went for something simple and therefore accomplished that, even if it's not exciting. Blu, Lemon and Jimbo all brought exciting and interesting looks, but those looks were more complicated to nail 100%.

I agree the backpiece wasn't necessary and it added so much mass to her stature and we already saw the dove in the front. And tooting Juju's look and boot Blu's? Shea is doing too much with her critiques and needs some consistency in her commentary.

If Jujubee is anything she's consistent. I know she's beloved, but she's incredibly pedestrian in everything she wears. I mean, that's her style, so it's on brand, but I'm always left underwhelmed.

In regards to Cheryl Hole-the flowers are the 4 flowers of the UK: the English Rose, Welsh Daffodil, Scottish Thistle and (I think) the Northern Irish Early Dog Violet. But I agree that if she wanted to do the flowers, it would have been more impactful to have them be larger or varied sizes and a greater profusion of them! And I wouldn't really call her corset Tudor, it looks like the boning is too flexible. It seems to me to be a modern corset style bodice, but I could be totally wrong! Id need to be able to see it up close to know for sure! The color is gorgeous!!!! Can I just say how sad I was that Mo didn't win??!!? Like everyone else, I expected Pangina, Jimbo, Mo and Blu. But since we had this rather odd Top 4, I truly believed Mo kicked everyone in this Top 4's ass!!! Ive heard other commenters etc say her energy in the lipsync against Blu was a little off..and I agree, but I don't think it was enough for her not to win!!! Mo just KILLED this entire competition!!!!💖💜💖
Close on the NI flower! It's a Flax flower, the plant used to make linen. Belfast and other Irish, then what became Northern Irish towns and cities were built on linen textile manufacturing. There is still some around today. Its on our Assembly's crest (think State Capitol) and the £1 coin and stuff. Anyway, Cheryl had a good idea for her dress, but maybe needed a few tweaks!

Its the proportions and styling, flat wig that just blends in with the dark gown and makes it feel heavy, crafty small moose antlers on a headdress that reads almost south east asian and is disjointed from the look, its nice from the neck down
Ra'Jah gives amazing notes! Really knows her fashion, points out very specific things that are slightly off, appreciates everyone's different styles and critiques based on that, not just her personal preferences, she's fantastic! Would love to see more fashion photo review from both of these two
I love these two together so much! They both are incredibly knowledgeable and shea in particular knows the lingo and terminology so it's a good lesson for all of us at home when we look at videos of ppl making garments and teaching etc to have some of the vernacular down.

Well, to be fair, I'm African-American in Asia and Asians here don't know about sla,very or the Civil Rights Movement but I don't get mad at them for it. I understand why they don't know. So, give them some slack, because they weren't being dismissive nor trying to be disrespectful, and colonization IS a part of some Asian countries' history. Shea just possibly assumed the wrong one (though she did NOT say Thailand was colonized specifically). What's more, Pangina could have still had that message if she intended. Now that that's settled, we can either move on or I can start reading random folks I pass on the street over here for not being able to tell me who Frederick Douglas is.
Thank you for keeping it so real this season and not sugar coating anything, I may not agree with all the critiques, but it's been a lot of boots I wholeheartedly agree on. I love all these queens and was so excited for an All Stars international, but the season fell a little flat. Can't wait to see you guys on the next season! ❤️
I think some of the returning queens were trying to represent their country in the runway more than a "winners" look, as since they knew they weren't getting the crown. Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if they saved their finale look for something else.
Thailand was never colonised (and Pangina said herself she meant to marry the two cultures due to the format of the show), the bodice of Cheryl's dress is quite far from being Tudor shaped/inspired and the flowers were representative of each of the UK's constituent countries... I usually really enjoy Shea's critiques but she completely missed the mark on this episode. Also, booting Lemon, Jimbo and Blu? Choices. Terrible ones.
Uneducated remarks, like bringing the colonised thing into Pangina’s look, when it was just a beautiful look. That really pissed me off. They were wrong on that, and they didn’t understand what Cheryl’s flowers were representing. They just thought she stuck any old dandelion on, but they were all the UK flowers. And Booting Blu? Are you kidding me??

Oh I’ve been waiting for this one! Lovely Ra’Jah and wonderful Shea, you are absolutely fabulous. It’s been intriguing to hear your expert fashion insight and constructive critique. I feel I learn about fashion from you! Both are legends and I hope to see WoW book Shea and Ra’Jah for FPR again - the people want to see it!
I love that it feels like the girls are actually tooting and booting and shooting looks and thinking about these looks. It feels a little bit like the original show sometimes it's afraid to make its fans mad.
I love these two together and their focus on details. Some people say they're boring and critical, but they know what they're talking about. They're kind of like gentler Violet Chatchkis.
Why don’t any commentaries recognise that Blu is dressed as a hydrangea? This is why there is so much volume, and so many ruffles. There is an element of thought here in the design that isn’t getting any props.
It's supposed to be a dove I think. At least that's what the designer said. The ruffles on the arms were wings and the back piece was the way a turtle dove holds its tail up.
These two are a great duo. I love the way they explain their reasoning. Whether I agree or not, I can still see where they're coming from and they're fair.
I love hearing Shea Coulée and Ra’Jah O’Hara talk about drag! Especially Shea! Her knowledge about drag is amazing to me. Younger queens should really pay attention!
Can we just take a moment to appreciate how this season has been by far the best commentary I have heard on this UA-cam series? Shea’s art school background is putting in the HOURS and I could listen to Rajah talk about literally anything with her charm and background. This is so much more preferable to queens who just toss an idea that they have out there, without CREDIBLE reasons as to why they feel the way they do. Especially after they left their season not having created any of their original looks. (Especially when you compare them to queens who create most of what they wear) Not all of our opinions have the same weight. The critiques from these two queens have much more meaning ❤️ Thank you and bring them back!

I mean I’m Thai so I know that’s one of the facts some ppl are proud of that we’ve never been colonized so I can see some ppl might get angry if this was translated into Thai and spread around twitter or something.

Well, to be fair, I'm African-American in Asia and Asians here don't know about sla,very or the Civil Rights Movement but I don't get mad at them for it. I understand why they don't know. So, give them some slack, because they weren't being dismissive nor trying to be disrespectful, and colonization IS a part of some Asian countries' history. Shea just possibly assumed the wrong one (though she did NOT say Thailand was colonized specifically). What's more, Pangina could have still had that message if she intended. Now that that's settled, we can either move on or I can start reading random folks I pass on the street over here for not being able to tell me who Frederick Douglas is.

Thank you for keeping it so real this season and not sugar coating anything, I may not agree with all the critiques, but it's been a lot of boots I wholeheartedly agree on. I love all these queens and was so excited for an All Stars international, but the season fell a little flat. Can't wait to see you guys on the next season! ❤️
The facts that Shea brought up that Blu puts all of her ideas into her dresses, feels like gold! Somebody had to say it
I think some of the returning queens were trying to represent their country in the runway more than a "winners" look, as since they knew they weren't getting the crown. Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if they saved their finale look for something else.
Thailand was never colonised (and Pangina said herself she meant to marry the two cultures due to the format of the show), the bodice of Cheryl's dress is quite far from being Tudor shaped/inspired and the flowers were representative of each of the UK's constituent countries... I usually really enjoy Shea's critiques but she completely missed the mark on this episode. Also, booting Lemon, Jimbo and Blu? Choices. Terrible ones.
Uneducated remarks, like bringing the colonised thing into Pangina’s look, when it was just a beautiful look. That really pissed me off. They were wrong on that, and they didn’t understand what Cheryl’s flowers were representing. They just thought she stuck any old dandelion on, but they were all the UK flowers. And Booting Blu? Are you kidding me??

I love that it feels like the girls are actually tooting and booting and shooting looks and thinking about these looks. It feels a little bit like the original show sometimes it's afraid to make its fans mad.
I love these two together and their focus on details. Some people say they're boring and critical, but they know what they're talking about. They're kind of like gentler Violet Chatchkis.

Why don’t any commentaries recognise that Blu is dressed as a hydrangea? This is why there is so much volume, and so many ruffles. There is an element of thought here in the design that isn’t getting any props.
It's supposed to be a dove I think. At least that's what the designer said. The ruffles on the arms were wings and the back piece was the way a turtle dove holds its tail up.

I love watching Shea and Ra'Jah banter. Shea is so smart with their references and Ra'Jah makes it relatable.
Can we just take a moment to appreciate how this season has been by far the best commentary I have heard on this UA-cam series? Shea’s art school background is putting in the HOURS and I could listen to Rajah talk about literally anything with her charm and background. This is so much more preferable to queens who just toss an idea that they have out there, without CREDIBLE reasons as to why they feel the way they do. Especially after they left their season not having created any of their original looks. (Especially when you compare them to queens who create most of what they wear)
Not all of our opinions have the same weight. The critiques from these two queens have much more meaning ❤️
