We recently got the 308 Cat machine. But the blade keeps coming down and when I push it all the way down to raise the machine it can't hold the machine and the machine comes down quickly. I'm also getting an error "237 machine overloaded " very frequently knowing that there is absolutely no load on it. Any thoughts please?
Hi Travis, apologies for the long delay. As for the first part of your question: it sounds like you might be putting the blade function in float, allowing the machine to fall back down. There is a click at the end of the travel in the blade lever. If it goes into that, it enables float. If you don't push it that far, it should hold. As for the error code: this might be a mechanical issue. We would recommend calling our service department, and someone on our team could diagnose the code and potentially help solve the issue. Sometimes when it’s throwing a code you just need to cut the master switch off and wait a minute then cut it back in again that could fix it
