Ajna Chakra Meditation | "OM" chanting to awaken the 3rd Eye Chakra

Meditation To Heal The Ajna Chakra :
• Put your hands near the lower part of your breast. The middle
fingers are straight and touch at the top, pointing forward. The
other fingers should be bent and touch at the upper two
phalanges. The thumbs should point towards you and touch at
the top.
• Concentrate on the Third Eye chakra slightly above the point
between the eyebrows. Chant the sound “OM” or “AUM”
#AjnaChakra also known as Third Eye Chakra is located at the center of your forehead. It is connected with Superior intuition, creative intelligence, power of commanding wealth, and magnetism. Beej mantra for meditation on this Chakra is AUM. Daily meditation with this mantra resonates with the vibration of the chakra and balances Ajna Chakra.

As much as I understand..It's because lord Vishnu's this posture reflects the whole universe even multiverse too..And Om is considered to be the powerful voice which originates these multiverses.Hence they both are same only.
