I hear what you are going through. I’m disabled as well. One thing I can count on is that I’m consistently inconsistent. I’ve learned to let go, love myself, be kind to myself and rest when my body needs it. And don’t let things stress me out! Just breath, meditate, read and do what you can for yourself 💖💖💖
The fatigue is so relatable Beverly. I was feeling like I was going to start this week strong. I wrote out my list of things I want to accomplish. But today my body said no. I’m hoping because I’m listening today she’ll play nice the rest of the week and let me get back to what I want to do. Here’s hoping anyway.
I get frustrated with my body too. My mind wants to do things but at times my body says no, not today. Glad you were able to go out and see your friends. Unfortunately I understand about eating the wrong thing. Now I stick to what I know I can have. Lovely to see Dexter, and my hasn't Twig grown! I'm going to try 10 minutes of cleaning a day as I struggle at times to do it all. Bite size sounds the way to go. Thank you.
Aww, I'm so sorry you 'paid' for your night out and curry - unfortunately I've been there 😞 Thanks for spending your week with us again (and I'm really happy you've used that beautiful music track again!). Please don't overdo it trying to get a vlog out early for us patrons - if you can't *it is completely OK* we understand xx
I can relate lovely. I have been struggling too through this eclipse season. I have had vertigo, fatigue and Covid which I am still recovering from ATM. The trials and struggles of chronic illness is real! What adds to my exhaustion is when people think oh just buck up or do your self care better. Would were so simple eh? I applaud you for even having the strength to make videos when you feel so rotten. 👏 It’s the last thing I want to do, so well done. I feel like it would be nice to be a part of a witchy community that understands chronic illness so I think I might join your patreon. I can’t promise consistency though. So if you don’t mind me popping in and out I’ll see you there. Take care lovely Be kind to you self Much love. Xx🙏
I’ve had a virus/the flu for a week now and it’s absolutely half killed me 😭 then my period has come and that’s all mixed together and I feel half asleep and half dead tbh 😂🤦♀️ endometriosis and fatigue are such fun and my pain killers just seem to be zonking me out more than anything 🙄🤦♀️😂 I haven’t had a chance to get anything I needed to do done and I’m tired 😩 ❤❤❤❤❤

I am doing OK with it at the moment I'm recording a week ahead so that helps. Yeah I should know better than to try new things I never learn lol
