Light the fuse on an explosive Krieg is good through most of TVHM, so long as you're properly leveled. It drops off in UVHM and is actual garbage in OP. Plus, it's usually better to just use your guns. But if you don't have guns, it's better than FFYL trying to melee enemies, since they're coded to run away during FFYL.
I have since learned that it is most poorly scaled in TVHM relative to enemy HP (until OP levels). It receives an 800% damage boost in UVHM but I don't remember what the number is for TVHM. Gas mask did an LtF only run in OP and showed the chart.
You might be better off with something like the Love Thumper or a melee shield and not spec into Silence the Voices, actually not might be better off, you would be better off. Love Thumper, slag transfusion grenade, bloodlust.
