love the daypack design. can you tell how big is the back panel with the frame. I am looking for a carry on rucksack(the day pack from the voyager series looks bad). Want to know how small i can squeeze it to make it a cabin one
The frame and the metal strip spans the entire back panel on the main rucksack. The day pack alone will always be suitable for cabin baggage whereas the rucksack can also be used as cabin baggage when not filled fully. Please reach out to info@tripole.in if you have further queries
The smallest size in Colonel/Colonel Pro is 80 Litres and when fully filled, that might not be allowed as cabin baggage in flights. Would recommend Voyager or Walker for cabin baggage

There is no issue, koi issue nahi hai. There is 1 video online which claims this which is misleading as there is no such law, aisa koi law ya rule nahi hai jisme ye likha hai ki aap green color ka rucksack nahi use kar sakte
Where should I claim the warranty? Do I need to cover the delivery expenses for sending the bag, or will you arrange for a pickup? Can you please explain the process? Or is the warranty merely nominal, without actual service provided? Have you ever honored warranty claims or is it just a name? Also, what does the warranty cover?
Warranty covers any damage from regular usage. Shipping both to and fro is covered for the first year. For 2 years after that consumer has to bear shipping charges but warranty service is free of cost. After 3 years, company provide paid warranty service for any damage.

Why they make two separate backpacks colonel and walker pro? What is the difference between them
Colonel Pro has a detachable day pack whereas Walker Pro does not. Design and colors schemes are very different for both models
