and my another question is in whole life insurance policies , who will pay the premium afetr the assured dies?

Your first questions answer is yes the liability to pay premium cases when policy holder dies and the sum assured will be paid by insurer to the nominee of insured..
No one will pay premium if insured will die
And why to pay premium ? If the assured will die..
