my 7 Year old every-time he sees me he's asking for my phone to play games. He can play games all day long. I didn't know I'm building addiction... Yoooo. This is deep. May God help us. everything is technology.
Very true, I had an addiction to social media and I knew it was not normal. I visit SCOAN 🇳🇬 in October and the addiction stopped. I would spend hours on social media but 5 minutes reading the bible.

May God help you. Take a verse and plant it in your heart, meditate on it every second of the day, drink water more and more. Craving will come, fight it through using the verse. It will become intense, dont crumble, keep fighting and fighting "using the verse". Before you know it the craving will go and you'll be finally free. I struggled with a very bad addiction as well, I used this and I overcame. There would be time you'll completely forget about smoking for months.May the almighty God help you as you fight it through.
