OMM OST 11(S5)- Sand Traps
Вставка

- The intense sound track that plays during the fierce battle between Gaara & Crocodile, by our amazing Music Producer. Ray Casarez! We hope you enjoy!
Ray's notes: I went back to my band roots with this one for sure! Very metal, and very aggressive however I wanted to bring the intro in with a tension type piano riff to set the mood. I thought that same riff would be fitting for the end of this track too bring that suspense back for that final deadly blow! I really do enjoy telling stories with my music and believe I did that with this one. I also went with a sort of Egyptian feel as far as melody to accentuate the sand manipulated skillset of these guys. Enjoy and let's headbang! 🤘 - Ray Casarez

Given the villain won this fight, I like the tone of the song. Poor gaara can't catch a break, though. He and shadow the hedgehog could have a few conversations. Good thing his voice actor played infinite.
It's just too bad Infinite's backstory was a missed opportunity.
Shadow did eventually earn a victory against Ryuko.
"What makes the desert beautiful is that somewhere... _it hides a well."_
- Antoine de Saint-Exupery.
"A forest is mystery, but the desert is truth. _Life pared to the bone."_
- Keith Miller.
*"We have walked through the darkness of this world, that's why we are able to see even a sliver of light."*
- Gaara.
*"Ideals can only be spoken by those powerful enough to carry them out! And that excludes you!"*
- Crocodile.
Wow. Just wow. Such a fitting song for this fight. It’s like ancient Egyptian themed rock. Every single OMM soundtrack is so freaking good.
Chopper Joe Yoo thank you Joe!! That means a lot my dude! =]
All the pieces of this soundtrack just fits in perfectly with this battle.
Justinm8n Whooo thanks for that Justin! Means a lot to me dude!
better title: Anakin's worst nightmare
Andrew Lopez I just got that
Lol
It gets everywhere.
Egyptian death metal mode engaged O___O
Wow this was sinister and villainous, quite fitting for this fight and it's ending.
May I make a suggestion?
On your Little Mac vs Ippo fight you made a year ago you guys had a very nice Little Mac sprite.Do you think it would be possible for you guys to contact McLeadogaming and help them out by giving them the sprites for Little Mac?Just a suggestion
Man, this song is dark, sinister and cold... just like the deserts that Gaara and Crocodile command and fought in. Nice!
My suggestions:
Genesect VS Metal Sonic
Jake Long VS Danny Phantom
Spider-Man VS Frank West
Thor VS Enel
Inkling VS Tracer
Monsoon VS Pyrrha Nikos
Waluigi VS Mettaton
Eren Yeager That... is actually a good idea. Dang, I should of thought of that...
Oh wait, you should fight Kirito or Wander! (from Shadow of the Colossus)
🤘🏼💀🤘🏼
I dunno, I think this sounds a little...
*Dry*
Grandmaster Tactician Randy *STOP*
This didn't exactly draw up a STORM, it's almost like I've been CATUSED, but at least Kai got to keep his/her SANDady.
Fiddelferg flabergasted

I've got a little story, Ray:
I originally wasn't hyped for the fight because I hadn't (keyword "hadn't", that'll be important later) watched Naruto or One Piece. I only knew Garra from Death Battle and had never heard of Crocodile, so I wasn't expecting much due to my lack of viewing experience. Then I saw the fight and my initial thoughts were, "That was pretty cool, I guess. Still not one of my favorites, though". Then I went on to the HG channel to listen to the music track (as I always do). I really loved the track, practically "broke the replay button" as you might say, so I decided to go back and watch the fight again. By watching it again I not only gained more of a liking and appreciation for the animation itself, but noticed some details I hadn't thought about the first time that raised some questions for me; "Why was Crocodile holding a snail at the beginning?" "Why did he throw a timer on the ground?" 'Why did Garra only hurt Crocodile when he had blood on him?" "What the heck did Crocodile do to Garra?" "Will Goku EVER stop obtaining new forms?!" (OK, that last one isn't related, but I've always been wondering that so...). I usually don't look into characters that I've never heard of, but I thought Crocodile seemed interesting so I checked it out. After watching a few clips of him on One Piece I started to really like his character and assumed, "If this character is so great, the show must be worth checking out". (Then I went back and watched the fight again, but that's not important.) I decided to watch an episode (starting from the beginning, of course) of One Piece and LOVED IT; now I'm fourteen episodes in. I actually took a break from binge-watching it just to write this.
So bottom line; this music track has not only helped make Garra vs. Crocodile one of my favorite One Minute Melee episodes, but also has opened me up to One Piece. While I can say that all of your other tracks have impressed and amazed me, this is the only one that has convinced me to watch a series I would have never considered watching before. Thanks, Ray. You've done me a big favor without even trying. (And now back to watching One Piece.)
Shmu62 Wow Shmu, I'm at a loss for words. That was awesome and incredible sincere. Hearing those kinds of things really is why I play music in the first place man. Even back to when I played in a touring band, I would always cherish the moments of fan feedback and how it moved them over everything. Thank for you for giving me a piece of that feeling back. Much love and respect. Cheers. -Ray

No problem, I'm just happy to listen to your music!
Hi
Sandopolis Zone
Klaka ooooooh I like that!
"my ability allows me to dominate and manipulate sand.. you are covered in it, just like your village"
" *you couldnt save them* "
I would have named it "Quick Sand", but amazing song regardless.
Any sand-based would be happy to have this as their theme. This is one of the most unique tracks in OMM and I fucking love it.
Yoooo much love, Odd Gaun and thank you!!
Nice work
But it sounds a bit (in my words) dark
Job Heilig Seeing how the fight ended it fits.
Thanks Jack!
Good soundtrack, now I feel very sad about Gaara despite my low knowledge about the Naruto series.
Jorge Ortiz Gaara is a total badass! You don't know what you're missing
I know I might be, I'm just saying that Gaara literally accomplished nothing in this battle.
Jorge Ortiz Doesn't change the fact he's a total badass!
Bloxxer Lord knows I don't. That was BS in my book.
HT82 Smash
Can you explain me why? I mean DB has a point. Toph can harden Sand (something gaara is covered with) can manipulate almost any metal (his Sand is mixed with Gold) and could always see where he is with her seismic sense. Sorry but serious question... where is the mistake?
Damnit ray your to good at this lol
Da master 😅 Ah man you're too kind but thank you for those kinds words so much Da Master!
I like how the ending from 1:00 reminds me of the shichibukai theme from one piece ost
Yeah ! Crocodile wins !
Gaara Lost=_=

It IS on iTunes =]
Darude Sandstorm.
I know you were going for a desert like theme but come on!
Great theme but this episode felt like a spite against Gaara tbh
For the next season do Hidan vs Hero Killer Stain (Naruto Vs My hero Acedamia)
Good music but gaara lost😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
Who would Win G He fought well...
HT82 Smash yeah he did it should of Been gaara vs Sandman or Garchomp but it did make sense about gaara fighting crocodile
Haha, ah maaaan well, at least a good track to perish by! Haha. Thanks!
One Piece characters are a bit OP anyway. This fight was one-sided as hell
First?
HT82 Smash Yes Smash yes you are. Congratulations! You Win! Absolutely nothing of substance but the satisfaction of being the first commenter... But it's something at least... (not insulting you just a joke)
Sorry guys, I am one of those guys. I've never been that early on a Ray video before.
HT82 Smash You don't have to be sorry... I guess it is kinda of a achievement though.
Matthew Baddams The song was badass! A little too evil though...
HT82 Smash Considering the ending it being 'evil' is appropriate.
