Yep, I do remember for a short time they tried dressing her up like something from Little House on the Prairie. For a pretty woman, they made her look very matronly and it didn’t suit her. She looks ridiculous.
Okay, I have an announcement to make: even though I am one of Brooke's biggest supporters, part of that has got to do with how I remember the show. And honestly, I had totally forgotten about all this Ridge-Brooke to-ing and fro-ing after Eric and Brooke got together. My memories have reconstructed the narrative as: Brooke was totally in love with Eric and moved on with him, leaving Ridge way, way behind her until the "lab incident" (to come). So watching it all now, I'm frankly irritated by Brooke and Ridge's little dances around each other, and for their lack of respect for Eric. When Eric seemed uncomfortable about Ridge being the godfather, Brooke should have dropped it immediately and changed her plans.
That’s fair enough & commendable considering you’re a Brooke fan. I actually feel sorry for Storm because she strategically picked Ridge over him to be the Godfather of her son. I would’ve thought she would’ve picked her brother considering he’s been there for her since they were kids & been the father figure for her & her sisters.
@@trinit2108 has to be one of the few times I feel for (this) Storm. I’d be livid with Brooke. On another note, I wish Ethan Wayne was still in it. I had some liking to him.
I agree that Brooke and Ridge are being very disrespectful toward Eric with their "flirtatious dance" that they have going on. Stephanie's dislike of Brooke is extremely justified, and her opinion of her is spot on. Brooke from the beginning is a manipulative opportunist who uses people for her own ends. She is extremely selfish and self-serving, has no loyalty to her family, as demonstrated in all storylines such as sleeping with her daughter Bridget's husband Deacon and having his baby, sleeping with Katie's husband, keeping Caroline and Ridge apart, having Ridge as Eric Jr.'s godfather instead of her brother Storm, etc, etc. What a horrible character development
Stephanie has been able to stall the divorce and the baby hasn't been born into a marriage, but Rick/ little Eric always has been officially "Eric Forrester II".
Everyone suspected Brookes decision to have Ridge as The Godfather, Eric, Storm, Stephanie…..yet no one had the guts to call her out on it to her face.
No instead Eric berates Stephanie but then gets annoyed & threatened by the relationship Ridge has with Brooke. Seriously, Eric is such a waste of space…he still is a bafoon
Brooke : "... our baby is going to have you ,he will and he will have ridge he is going to be the most secured boy ever..." 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Rick will have Ridge🤣🤣🤣🤣
I agree. Brooke' s clothes and hairdo look like a fundamentalist mormon wife or one of the Wives in the Handmais' s tale. Either way, it's a far cry from tve B&B trademark glamour...
She plays hard to get, or how we have a saying; the innocence from the country. Stephanie calls it something else; the something from the valley. 😁 However, "Still waters run deep" 😉
Good old Barry. Here he had already started his car and was on his way to drive away when Stephanie called him back - and he returned to the door to talk to her and reassure her of what he had already told her - to then get sent of confused, as Stephanie suddenly seems to be happy and laughing when she had been depressed minutes before.
Like Brooke or Eric provide each one or together a stabil environment for Rick, bridget. These two are laughable. Yeah, that secure baby boy just grew up a brat and a insecure, horrible and messed up man.
I laughed so hard at Ridge being the godfather and his not even close with his brother when he grew up 🤣😂🤣 this godfather thing it's all on Brookes benefits the opportunity to see Ridge 🤣😂🤣
He must be used to Stephanie already, but he really earns his money/ deserves it. - I won't contest the divorce -Barry, we have to rush to Nevada to stop that divorce!! - I understand, we can't do anything to stall that divorce any longer - Barry, come back and explain it to me again - Barry, drive back and explain it to me a second time, I need to be sure I got it.
no mention of brooke's mom and dad or katie or grandma? i know why beth isnt happy about this but wasnt she in town fairly recently? where have they all been during this time?
It's getting really on my nerves with all these rush regarding the ceremonies, weddings in a week, christenings in a day... And now the father has ONE hour to get to his son's christening?? It's insane
Here we have an episode with a "christening". Donna and Ridge are little Eric's godparents/ his guardians. Did we have other christenings on screen and know who is the godfather/godmother of what other B&B character? - I know that Thomas in 2019 said that Caroline had wanted Liam and Wyatt to be the godparents for Douglas, but Douglas in 2019 then wasn't a baby anymore but already a little boy (and still didn't have a christening?).
If I were Ridge, I would have declined to be the godfather. Not this half-hearted pu..yfooting around, but decisive accelerating. Above all, he knows that Brooke would have chosen him if he hadn't kept his distance out of respect towards his father. Well well, it will continue the next 30 years, back and forth, back and forth...🙈 I'm not going to start to write about Brooke's behavior now..
Aw. How sweet. Twenty years later, Ridge punches Rick and throws him off of a roof. Then Rick takes one daughter for a quick, short, bloody drive in his car and fornicates with the other. Gorgeous.
Wouldn't it be interesting if we got pregnant and have babies so easily as it happens in movies? Or return from a trip and don't need a bathroom break or rest but get straight to normal? I don't like Stephanie because she's a misogynist and consumed by hate and anger. However, she's right in one thing, Eric and Brooke are in compatible in some years and this right here? The Christening? Is just a tip of the incompatibility
A christening for the Forrester heir......5 people ? That was understatement........just like their weddings with almost 10 guests......really Trunp like (
The lonely Empress in her Ivory Tower.. thats Stephanie nowadays.. & will be if she doesnt changed her mind.. These moments about da Family's I dont remember😬...
Strange planing (strange story writing). The baby was healthy and well, so no need to rush the christening (no hospital emergency christening). If Eric had been stalled and wouldn't have made it (and he didn't even know about the christening date, did he), he would have either missed it or Brooke would have had to call all "guests" to postpone the christening.
On the show the bold and the beautiful the characters playing as Donna Logan play by Jennifer gareis and Carrie mitchum they success are awesome and also the characters of Strom Logan play by Ethan Wayne and Brian Patrick Clark to put different characters aside, in some many years it was
well Brooke is insolent as always to choose Ridge to be the god father she has no concideration for Eric never had never will that happens when you have a relationship with a woman deserted by your son she can take anyone to feel loved and wanted and to a dd to the misfortune that woman is immoral too
Ofcourse Brooke made all the decisions bad decisions to have ridge as godfather she doesn't care about Erics feelings hhh even made the christening day without Eric knowing lol so christening before a wedding 🤣😂🤣
The irony in Brooke thinking Rick will be happy. Well, look how he turned out in the later years 😂😂😂😂😂
All because of his mother. Everyone is always blaming someone else for the things that Brooke has done. These are all these mistakes she made.

Finally another person who sees Brooke for what she is. I agree with you!👏🏼👏🏼
Not to mention she uses her babies to hook men
I’ve always seen her as the opportunist and the SFTV as Stephanie called her. That name suitable for her.
She also stole her mom’s love???!!! 😂😂😂
Brooke still conniving and manipulating as usual. Setting it all up before Eric gets home so he can not change it .

He can bond with him anyway their brothers.
