At first, I was the only one doing it, but many other people started doing it after about a month. Fast forward to a year later, everyone is doing it. I remember I lost interest and quit the game and started playing it again 3 years later and at that point, everyone was doing it. It was hard to queue a game without getting knifed before getting to your chest. At this point, this game mode was ruined. Everyone was doing it, similar to the bow-boosting trick. The devs eventually patched it.
