It was a test location consisting of Toys "R" Us and Children's Bargain Town USA, so the real 1st Toys "R" Us in Illinois is unknown. Michigan's first Toys "R" Us is unknown. The North Little Rock Toys R Us opened on October 1, 1988, making it older than Fort Smith. It is also the first location in Arkansas.

I’ve been to the King Of Prussia Location! But my local was North Wales, that and my local Chuck E Cheese closed around 2018
The road sign for the King of Prussia store is still up, however the building signs were removed when it was a Spirit Halloween one year.
I pass it on the highway when leaving the KOP mall, they painted it gray too
