I've been looking through quite a few video's about trying to login and register my card, but I've having no luck, I have even withdrew my account a few times to see if I had to chang some unchangeable settings (that didn't work). Everytime I try to register my Nesica card, it just doesn't work. I'm currently in PDT, though just temporarily. I assume it's a day ahead in Japan, so I try to wait a day. The last and only game I played using a Nesica card was Groove Coaster. When I go to register the card, I input the date it would be in Japan and GC as my final game (and nothing as my other game). I input my username thing and it just says "could not authenticate". I'm unsure if it's my information that I had put in before or my card name (I assume the card name is what shows up when you scan your Nesica card at a game station and appeaers on-screen making sure you want to use this card). Sorry for the long message, buf I've been having trouble with this for a long time...
Did you type in the card name through a keyboard/mobile keyboard? That doesn't work, the text needs to be formatted a specific way in order to properly authenticate it seems. 'full-text width' format, if I recall correctly. Should show up on on your search engine if you type in that term
It might not let you proceed. Its been a long time since this video and perhaps the process has changed since. I think it's a bit of a ridiculous process just to get a card registered.
@deitylink1 hmm, it's been some years since I made this video and am not quite sure if the process has changed any. The most frequent mistake is selecting the correct date played due to different time zones compared to Japanese time zone. If you figure it out, post it on here in case it can help others! Hope you figure it out.
Thanks for uploading this! I was able to get mine going after dealing with a plethora of outdated information. Just an FYI, the link in the description no longer works.
Whenever i get to create ID, it always says it fails or could not be authenticated. Help! Im writing it in japanese too since i know hiragana and katakana, but nothing works. What did u put?
It can get tricky because of the date of last game played. Depending on your time zone, you need to make sure it is on the date that it would have been in Japan. For me, since I am central time and played a Nesica game in the evening, I had to put a date of the next day. It can further get a little more complex if you played multiple Nesica games. You have to first select the absolute last Nesica game you played on, and then, select any other Nesica game that you played that day. Hope this helps. My friend had a similar problem. It turned out he needed to use a different date and select the 2nd game.
If you're just talking about the Nesica ID creation, I just used English. Make sure you satisfy the requirements. ID = minimum 8 characters long Password = 8 to 16 characters long, one capital letter, no symbols
I'm not sure where my replies disappeared to but I just used English characters for my Nesica ID. Creating the ID should be the easy step as registering the Nesica card is the harder part. Did you get to figure it out?
@@akira336 i did. It was because im in central timezone and i had to wait a day before creating the account since i technically played a day in the future

Hope this helps at least one person with what to expect when starting to explore the fun with the NESiCA card!
If you only played 1 game what do you select under play game since it says except last play

@@akira336 I got it registered, thanks for the reply. it is rediculous
how would u know your final playing game?
mine was the groove coaster or rhythm vaders......?
There is no way to find out. Hopefully you remembered the last Nesica game you played. If not, then you will have to go back to the arcade!
When I follow the steps, it says "could not be certified" :(

Glad you figured it out! The process might be slightly different since I made the video but hopefully it at least guides in the right direction!
@@akira336 it definitely saved me from a lot of frustration so thanks again!
