You are a fuckin genius I’ve been using the strat that’s similar to this but where you had to ride the bike up the stairs and onto the wall ledge this is waaay better. Literally found this video a hour after it was uploaded.

Why not park an ambulance at the second marina gate get on top of the and run jump through the gate and take a boat to the boatyard ? This is a lot easier . I've recorded as well .
