@@samspace81 other than survivors, each vehicle starts with ideas and a dream of it’s outcome, they all represent the best they can do. Some take years, I was lucky to get mine done in about 2 years and my pockets were deep enough to do a complete finished vehicle.

I own many vintage amplifiers.
They require TLC, kid gloves, and annual maintenance.
Not daily use.
Cars same. Not daily drivers.
At this point these are all 50 to 80 years old and will leak fluids like a B-17 at an air show. Require transmission fluid top off after 200 miles.
98 percent of them have been through multiple rebuilds, seal replacements etc
