Second, most HIGH quality studio mics like he is using in this sometimes generate a very small amount of distortion or "auto tune". Last but not least, slight microphone distortion/echo or not, you do not sound like this if you aren't incredibly gifted. All that really matters is that you atleast enjoyed the tune. (:

He's a good singer. but just from the first few seconds there's clear AUTO-TUNE..the WHOLE cover is Autotuned not just the chorus. That much is very clear, it has nothing to do with his fancy style of singing. the thing is he doesn't need it. sad.

i know why all of you sound experts are telling he used autotune, the vibrato sounded like he used autotune, but i just checked the live version, and it's his voice, dude has natural autotune :P jokes aside, telling he used autotune is false and actually a huge compliment cause he didn't.
