if you want perfection the rebar and mesh would be epoxy coated . Cost does go up however.

4 in with big footers and where the lift will be, 6 inch
@@MazdaMitch that should be just fine. I'm a big fan of fiber reinforced concrete. A little extra money up front but well worth it

I do not have one. You can try a junk yard like I did. They are super hard to find new. Rockauto doesnt have the correct one either.
