Really hurts when no one texts to even check up on you when you are bedridden and docs cant figure out what is going on! I have lived this. I have been physically hurt in a car accident, had a HOME INVASION that traumatized me for life and had multiple surgeries….and not one of the people I thought cared about me bothered to even contact me. I don’t think I ever really had a real friend. I feel for this man.

I did the same thing but it was when i had my first and only child so far. When everyone needed me, was in the hospital or had a baby i was there. When it was my turn, no one came to visit. I didn't talk to them for 4 years
