Do you know how do I create an art, with for example 6 spot colors, with halftones with the same angle, but in different positions, so the dots don’t touch each other, in Photoshop? Is there any software that does this conversion?

Does anyone ever have a white line through the art after opening the PDF in photoshop?, Actually looks like the PS file from Illustrator cuts the image into squares?
It would depend on the graphic. Sometimes saving things as a pdf from Illustrator converts things like gradients and drop shadows into an image / boxes. Skip saving the Illustrator file as a pdf and just open the ai file directly in Photoshop to see if that helps.
