For me - they play a different game than i do. I mostly only meet those at PoW. Everything else i have not faced such states. Probably as my state has also none with any of those.
I got Selina because I panicked after losing every fight for months against Angelica. At level 4 with the first ascended skill unlocked ($1000 worth of additional shards), Angelica is losing badly in tests against my lvl 4 Ada (all skills unlocked and fully upgraded). She has 1 million less additional bp, and, ascended to Carlos, it’s taking twice as many turns to defeat the test enemies. Based on Skill descriptions, teams with only Selina will be unlikely to beat teams with only Angelica and using Ada Wong should be fine for anyone who doesn’t want to pay for Selina (Ada Wong is expensive too, but only a fraction of Selina’s cost & their skills are very similar).
Well, the special part ist having both skills unlocked. Before it's an even more expensive version of Ada. As with 1 skill unlocked, it's just 4 skills in total like with Ada.
They are called "special operative resonating fragments", the one I show on the video. Selina special operating resonating fragments and the special operating resonating fragments
Future tycoon. You need to rank at the event or total event rank in top20/30 To be able to locate her. After that there'll be bundles appearing 20 frags for 9999 diamonds.
