I watched the video three times in a row!!! The kids are soooo well behaved and educated!!! The lake house vacation series last year was my fav. (watched them multiple times now and then) . And finally I see a lot more coming this year - wohoo !!! Super excited !!! Time with families is the best gifts!!! 其實津津蘆筍汁對我來說最大的問題是太甜~但很多人喝無糖大概會瘋掉..
可能蘆筍汁有一種菜味還有點鹹味，才不受小孩歡迎，可是我從小就喜歡蘆筍汁鐵罐我都常喝或吃蘆筍，我覺得蘆筍是味道很好的菜啊！
我覺得蘆筍汁跟其他3種比起來比較不甜~應該要最先喝~當然冰過還是比較好喝~

第一次喝蘆筍汁最好是運動完最想喝水的時候，另一個重點是要冰的，保證一口氣灌完。另外，放到冰庫半結凍時，拿出來把冰搖散了喝會更好喝
