Criminals take advantage of the evolution of technology to commit new crimes and travel back in time. A new type of policing is created to ensure that the invention is not abused. Police officer Max Walker, who works in this division, discovers that corrupt politician McComb wants to use time travel to become president. The chase begins when the senator discovers that the policeman is on his trail to unmask him.
