That mindset is a double-edged sword. It's definitely a possible avenue for exposure, but there's an even chance that the featured series that someone may not have seen before may be liked or hated. Funny that this fight is actually more clear cut than CU vs Dragonborn. Cause at least with CU, he had respawn to keep him in the battle and made Dragonborn work for the win. This one just isn’t really close sadly. Misaka FTW
I’d say Killua wins since he’s easily city level in base as a low ball and country level while using Godspeed since characters killua scales above like cheetu can create nen field with aura alone which was calcd at 56 megatons of tnt killuas also is at the same speed as Misaka while using Godspeed since he caught a dart that took light speed reflexes to catch and was able to just barely move adult gon out of the way of post mortem pitou who pulled off a ftl+ feat so I’d say Killua wins due to superior training skill and ap

Plus it seems like Misaka has way more abilities and has better control and awareness of electromagnetic power. @@zachspool yea I don’t know how strong the light novel scaling can get but if we high ball god speed Killua we can get him to 1 petaton of tnt and even planetary if we scale if to the creatures of the dark continent who are bigger then real life earth and by calcing there gravitational potential energy we can get results in the planet level ranges but i personally don’t buy into Killua scaling to dark continent creatures since he’s never fought one or has damaged any character who scales to the largest creatures of the dark continent so I’ll stick to killua being country level+ for now
She stood her ground against Accelerator. Granted he was just toying with her. But being able to do just that against him is impressive. I dont know much about hunter hunter. But unless they can pull off "solo an entire nation's army at 5" feats, i dont see any of them standing a chance aganst the characters from the "A Certain" seires. Hell the weakest character has the most op power of them all!. The ability to just cancel out any phenomena. Candies get some good street fighting skills that he can use after he shuts down your abilities
Their first light novel match up. Honestly, don't expect to see another one for a while since LNs aren't as action dominated like manga are, without isekai, the you would be able to count number of popular LN match ups on your hands (so Overlord or ReZero is probably next LN on DB). But I hope they do Kiss-Shot vs. Alucard someday, tho it ain't happening for a while because of Dio vs. Alucard.
What makes you think that? They're likely going to just use her anime version, which tbf is enough to beat Killua but I doubt they would take the time to read or find much statements from the LN besides really vague obscure ones
Hunter x Hunter was long overdue for a Death Battle, but I'm still shocked at To Aru debuting alongside it as well, considering how it's only popular among Japanese audiences. Anyway, Misaka takes it, but it's closer than Killua's other matches (cough cough Akame/Black Star)

No, its an even worse match up because most of Killua best attack won't affect Misaka at all, he has a much higher resistance to electricity. She also scales higher than Akame and Black Star.

Well the Gap in Power is equivalent to the one between Omni man and the Homelander. There electricity control is equivalent to a Pichu (Killua) against a Zapdos (Misaka). Killua can only hurt here with is hand when any misaka hit is far superior to what Killua could handle.
The gap between misaka and killua is definitely not that high unless cough..cough level 6 shift then you could argue but base vs base its more like deadpool vs death stroke or beerus vs sailor galaxia

Its actually a cheap arcade token. She has a bag full of them because its one of her favorite places. Quarters would also take more time to melt which matters for her railgun ability.
Another thing to remember mesica fought a creature made up of the essences of a 100 espers. That was immune to her direct lightning attacks and completely healed through her railgun blasts. Instead she quickly and cleverly found a different way to combat the creature by superheating the air around it with her electricity, basically nuking the thing with microwave radiation! And she can magnetize her own body and use her electricity to stick to walls or yank herself out of harm's way. Plus with her electro sense she can basically mimic spider man. If she has any weaknesses at all is that If she is only as physically fit and strong as the athletic high school girl that she is. That and all that emotional damage from the Dark side of Academy city screwing with her by murdering her clones! But that's also another Ace in the hole that she has.... Oh and don't forget her ultimate power. The ability to.....override.... the power of imagine breaker to summon Toma to her side whenever she's in the most danger😅
Its a stomp but it sure will be a fun stomp. been interested in watching toaru stuff for a while then i learned one of my favorite singers who was a key part in doing opening/ending in the show tragically passed in February make me wanted to watch the show as soon as possible . If anyone is keeping track, I think this MU correspond to the suit icon on the wheel of the season 10 sneak peak. I think it’s a reference to Killua being an assassin.
Based off how the wheel seemingly is going in order, this fight would actually be the Flask with the spiked Wheel around it. Might be coincidental that DB vs CU and Antman vs Atom were in order tho.
Honestly the most excited i've been for an announcement out of all of the MUs we know so far are gonna be in this season and even including the likely-ones that could possibly on the Cypher which i include Bowser VS Eggman within, mainly because this officially marks the first Light Novel character to be on DB, which opens the door to so many other characters that i love from that sort of media like Ainz, Rimuru, Kazuma, Rudeus and Kumoko to name a few, some of my favourite characters of all time are within those novels so to finally see the step be taken to incorporate them into the show is such a good feeling, A Certain Magical Index is also coincidentally one of the ones that i've been interested to read as of late so this just fuels that desire even more And the other reason is seeing such a relatively less-popular character make it onto the show, each time something like this happens it just gives me all that little bit more of hope for the more niche series that i like tom also make it onto the big VS Screen tho i am very nervous on how the views themselves will go and if that will deter them to not make more episodes like this in the future, i'd honestly be okay if there was 1 episode per-season with franchises that aren't that popular in the bigger picture of society, i pray that this can at the very least perform as well as an average DB episode or even a bit better, that's all i wanna ask for Oh yeah, also RIP Killua, not really that sad since Misaka just vibes more with me (even as someone who's seen HXH and hasn't seen To Aru) but it probably does feel pretty bad for hardcore fans to see how they escape a seemingly unescapable stomp (Deku VS Gon) only to dive head first into another one haha
It’s kinda funny, last nigth while reading manga I was thinking I found a character that’d be a good match for Killua due to being part of the underworld and wanting to live a normal life and bam he gets a “lightning go brr” match that he gets crapped on 🙃
This match up sounds a lot like the Wolverine(Killua) vs Magneto(Misaka). I think that Killua's biggest problem is the fact that Misaka would most likely be able to override his electrokinetics, mostly because he really doesn't have such a thing. What Killua can actually do is turn his nen into stuff that stores and conducts electricity that's not controlling electricity outright. While Misaka can control electricity, and even force it to flow against conductivity. (Think about it, she wouldn't be able to do the Railgun and all the magnetic stuff if this wasn't the case) So she could just use Killua's nen against him.
Depending anime or manga Black Star, it will be more an humiliation than a stomp especially when here he will probably be killed by something he is supposed to be resistant

So where on the conspiracy wheel from the Season 11 teaser do we put Killua Zoldyck vs. Mikoto Misaka? The Test Tube? The Pentagram? Not familiar with either show.
I mean Misaka should win this pretty low diff. If Misaka is allowed to use AAA or LvL 5.3 its an insta win for her no discusion but I understand if she is not allowed to use them here sinse the AAA is not really her power and she cant just go into the LvL 5.3 mode. But even without this insta wins Misaka is still very strong she can do something very similar to Killuas "Godspeed" mode by controlling the Bioelectricity in her body, she is completly immune to electricity unlike Killua who is only resistent to it and she can creat up to 1 Billion Volt which is a lot more then Killua. She can detect every kind of electricity so when Killua is in his "Godspeed" mode she always knows where he is and she can even use this as a radar by sending out electromagnetic waves herself and sensing the position of everything around her by reading the refelctions of this waves. Misaka can also use her Magnetism control to control the Iron Sand to form sharp objects/weapons to fight with. All of this should already but her above Killua. She is similar to him but can do everything a bit better. But speaking of Iron Sand that leads us to her third insta win condition, the Gigant Iron Sand Golem (or the Gigant Iron Sand wave that destroyed a city in WW3 in the Light Novel) and this one is fair to use and should be included in the battle sinse it is actually a part of her own power and no power up from an outside force. To put it very simple If Killua was an Esper in Academy City and his Esper Lvl would be about Lvl 4 but Misaka is a Lvl 5 she is _the_ strongest Electromaster for a reason and her feats far outclass Killuas feats.
So what I'm hearing is, Misato should have been put against more equal heavy hitters like Laxus or Gilthunder, but they chose Killua, knowing it would be a stomp. I'm glad to see them both here, but damnit, this is Sasuke vs Hiei all over again.
I'm kind of annoyed with Death Battle right now, they reached out to the DBW and asked them to remove all mention of the cipher answers. I don't get limiting the answers to just the Champions and it just seems cheap to make people pay to know the answers. I mean we don't even officially know what the symbols relate to, it would have been fun to check in each episode and have say a pentagram on Killua Vs Misaka's intro to confirm if we were right. Instead it's just radio silence. We better get the answers at the end of the season otherwise what was even the point of giving us a puzzle with no answers unless we pay? Oh right that's the point.
This is interesting since while Misaka has power, hax, intelligence, range, and arsenal, Killua has the advantages in physical strength (Misaka needs her powers to lift beyond superhuman weight, whereas Killua can open a 64-tonne door with physical strength), skill, experience, and esoteric abilities (which while Misaka isn't unfamiliar with, it's the type that isn't present in her series) Speed is going to Killua, though Misaka has the advantage in reaction speed. The nature of their powers is going to be an interesting factor here. Since Killua uses Nen, his electricity is a transmutation of nen than actual electricity (which is achieved by letting electricity run through his body), which begs the question of how much control Misaka has over it. There's also the question of how much Nen affects Misaka's abilities (Does his lightning shock her since it isn't lightning but Nen? Could she even sense him when he uses Zetsu? Could he use her lightning to recharge without dying? etc.)
question regarding the zetsu detection for u to think about...do u think he'll be not visible in a IR security cam or radar if it was focused on the area?....Zetsu is for against people's senses..but what misaka uses is like herself being a scientific instrument.
@@jidhindharanm.p9351 This is interesting since Zetsu stops the flow of Aura nodes, and they state that Zetsu can make someone undetectable to a non-nen user, even by looking at them directly, but at the same, it comes to interpretation if that affects things like radar since Misaka detects electromagnetic waves (some nen abilities can do that, but I'm unsure if Zetsu can) I'll go on a limb and say slightly, but not enough to be undetectable unless Killua's electricity powers could affect it (I know it's radiation, I'm not a huge physics buff)
it's worth noting that misaka also has a suit/form called AAA (Anti Art Attachment) which, if i recall, is capable of one-shotting planet level magic gods.
As much as I like Killua as he's pretty much my most favorite character in HunterXHunter he's screwed on massive level as my waifu pretty much outclasses him in terms of power and feats due to all the permanent power-ups she's gotten, and feats accomplished in both A Certain Magical Index and the spinoff she's the lead central heroine of A Certain Scientific Railgun and yes I'm talking about the anime, the manga, and the Light Novel.

Especially since Misaka has created a giant magnet kaiju, and her higher-end forms from the Light Novel can take her from her current power level of Planet Level to arguably Universe Level. Plus she has better feats including destroying a whole fortified building with just a Quarter.
@@derrickhaggard She even once became demonic-like as a forceful attempt from Gensei Kihara to create a Level 6 Esper during the second day of the Daihasei Festival. She may not have reached Level 6, but Misaka was powerful enough within that form to destroy all of Academy City - except for the Windowless Building - in one large attack.
One thing worth noting is that Killua as of now may be much more resistant to electricity, or even is immune to it, compared to how he demonstrated pre-trained. In fact, he absorbs electricity to charge up his power. Although I'm not sure how much more advantage it will give him. I think this comes down to Misaka's defense (iron sand/electromagnetic field, etc). I don't think her reaction is good enough to handle Godspeed at close range. Killua is quite deadly if he can get close enough but otherwise he wouldn't be able to do much.
She had her own form of Spider sense and dodges a barrage of Light Speed Lasers and one at Point Blank/The last second from another Level 5 Esper. Unless he's faster than light I don't think he can do much. (He admits he can't react or move at light speed and only can catch a light speed attack if he already knows where the hit is going. Basically with prep.) Although he is more resistant due to his Nen, I don't think he ever shown to withdtand 1 Billion Volts 🤔
The fastest speed feat misaka has done is keeping up with touma, gungnir is a weapon than can move in a timeless void which means it has infinite speed and touma can react and grab gungnir.
she basically has full control over electromagnetism. She's immune to electricity, has magnitism, can create storm clouds, can summon real lighting from the sky, can sense all electricity nearby and even use it to sense data on electronics and control them, she can manipulate iron sand like Gaara from Naruto, she could make a skyscraper sized iron sand golem using it, she can fly, she's completely immune to lightening based attacks regardless of strength, and more.
Sad Killua L. Now, Killua _is_ more skilled and experienced and is also faster while using Godspeed, but Misaka is a LOT stronger, tougher, and more powerful, faster than base Killua, smarter I would assume, and she outlasts Godspeed.

I never watch both of the series, but seeing the comments, I think the best chance for Killua to win is to blitz closely to Misaka and keep it that way because he is more experience in combat and pretty fast. So he might get a chance by doing that.

I'm not sure if Killua's lightning is from nen itself, but if it is, it'll definitely mess Misaka up a whole lot more than it seems. I'm skeptical about Misaka. If it comes down to hand to hand combat I feel like the other guy might win. Misaka just doesn't have the best history when fighting people who mitigate her electrical offence.
Misaka can do a lot more then just electrokinesis, as she also has ferrokinesis aka magnet powers, and the ability to manipulate Iron Sand none of those are abilities Killua has a counter for, plus Misaka's electrokinesis when it comes to power and control far surpasses Killua's on a massive massive scale. For example she created a giant Magnet Kaiju. And as for losing against people who counter her abilities most of the time they're more powerful then her, and as for Magical Index lead hero Tomua she only struggles against him due to his Imagine Breaker being able to nullify all of her abilities due to the fact it nullifies all abilities both the science based ones Espers like Misaka and Accelerator use, and magic based ones aka anime/manga/light novel plot-armor that allows him to basically Reverse Uno any super-powered opponent he fights and then win against since he nullified said opponent's powers drastically weakening said opponent.

The worst part is the fact that the verse can get up to Universal (although the story is great, HxH doesn’t have too many feats beyond Large Town unfortunately). You don’t really have to worry about high tiers in this case. Despite being a protagonist character, she doesn’t actually get that high compared to other characters like Accelerator. She is actually closer in Killua’s range than most of Killua’s other opponents

Kaiju Misaka, Misaka 5.1 5.2 5.3 and AAA Misaka she also has the wing form from when she was underwater saving Koroko which allowed her to fly for a short period. Her emp blasts sending academy city into a blackout and more. If they allow her to gain access to her forms killuas stuffed. not to mention her kaiju used a railgun that was hundreds of times more potent than her normal railgun she completely negs the fight and tbh this is an unfair match-up. yes, Killua is skille but she out scales him tenfold this "should" be a one-sided battle even without her forms. Btw this isn't bias it's just facts. But it's nice to see Toaru and Hunter x Hunter in the fray now. Can't wait to see if Touma or Accelerator get their own death battles.
I'm sorry Killua but I don't really see how he can even beat a base form Misaka (her natural AIM field detects even MENTAL interferences and negates them ala shokuhou Misaki, let alone PHYSICAL ones so even if he gets close its she can still probably sense him no mater what) BUT there hasn't been much talk about her level 6 shift forms OR the A.A.A (Anti Art Attachment). Like even if they didn't put in the Level 6 shift forms due to them being something she cant control on her own, She CAN control the A.A.A in the light novels and the A.A.A is like...a literal warehouse of weaponry at her beck and call that attaches right on her back. Plus she's fought with SAINTS and held her own against one until they were interrupted and like, Saints are near godly and already far out blitz Killua. Killua is a great character but this was an extremally poor matchup for him

In terms of power Mikoto > Killua. Mikoto has a huge range of how to use her power and her lightning can reach 1 billion volts. IQ also goes to Mikoto Now physical attributes I believe Killua > Mikoto. Killua is better at melee combat, has better speed and experience. As a member of an assassin family, he would not hesitate to kill unlike Mikoto. battle IQ I think goes to Killua But at the end of this confrontation everyone knows they would become friends, Mikoto would teach Killua to kick a vending machine to get soda without paying lol.
We're all forgetting what a Personal Reality actually is at its core, now that I think about it. Even if he gets in close somehow, he'd better use only his body to take her out at that point. Otherwise, he's still getting fucked up.
I am mixed on this, I know this isn't eithers favored MU, but I am not too attached to them to know. Also I am hearing mixed things, I know HxH is low key fodder and than Killua loses most his MUs, but one side is telling this is his closest and the other tells me this is his least close.
Also imma be real are the people who called stuff like this skip episodes actually death battles fans? I would not go out of my way and market to them if i was the death battle team . It would do more damage than good.
Getting a Toaru Rep and from what it seems a HxH rep for the first time ever in DB is a really good sign for the Toaru community. And while I do love Killua more than I enjoy Misaka... blame her fans, I can't see Killua winning this one. He's strong yes, fought against beings like the Chimera ants, but Misaka just outclasses everything he's been seen doing, minus physical skill. Mikoto's more versitle, has higher output, a literal genius as thats a requirment to be a artifically create level five esper, and also not just resistant, but immune to electricity. If anything, the only time Killua would stand a chance against her, is if she was using the AAA at the start. Not only does she not know how to access it's full potential, but it also hinders her as she relies too much on it and doesn't use her own abilities. She can also manipulate the amperge of her attacks, which is more important than volts, a billion volts won't kill you onless the amperge you take is above lethal does. She's highly adaptive, and while she refuses to accept things like magic as existing or understand them, Nen follows close enough to esper abilities for her to accept and understand it. She's managed to keep up with saints like Brunhilda who can move at supersonic speeds and tear appart entire city blocks fairly casually, reacted to Mugino's meltdowner ray. And she's even defended against High Priest, a Magic god, although he was both double infinitely nerfed and being causal, he was still throwing entire buildings at her. Her railgun ability isn't limited to coins, it's just the easiest and most abundant resource for her, but given a object with a high heat tollorance and magnetic propeties and she could well exceed her normal railgun. And although it would not matter for a death battle due to no assistance being allowed, with Misaki's aid she can utilize a LPR (Liquid proof Railgun). A nigh frictionless attack that continues to accelerate endlessly reaching relevatistic velocities in meat seconds, capable of warping spacetime and penetrating the Windowless building itself. In more recent volumes she's been known to cause ironsand detonations, and correct me if im wrong, create plasma. Something easily feasible for her by applying the same principles she does to the railgun to create a partical accelerator effect. Hurtling countless tiny hydrogen atoms at high velocities through the air... however, since she's not done this particular method in canon yet, it's safe to assume she doesn't realize she can do this. And thus won't impact the battle... but the fact remains on her ludicrous advantages over Killua

She stood her ground against Accelerator. Granted he was just toying with her. But being able to do just that against him is impressive. I dont know much about hunter hunter. But unless they can pull off "solo an entire nation's army at 5" feats, i dont see any of them standing a chance aganst the characters from the "A Certain" seires. Hell the weakest character has the most op power of them all!. The ability to just cancel out any phenomena. Candies get some good street fighting skills that he can use after he shuts down your abilities

Honestly, don't expect to see another one for a while since LNs aren't as action dominated like manga are, without isekai, the you would be able to count number of popular LN match ups on your hands (so Overlord or ReZero is probably next LN on DB). Its actually a cheap arcade token. She has a bag full of them because its one of her favorite places. Quarters would also take more time to melt which matters for her railgun ability.

Another thing to remember mesica fought a creature made up of the essences of a 100 espers. That was immune to her direct lightning attacks and completely healed through her railgun blasts. Instead she quickly and cleverly found a different way to combat the creature by superheating the air around it with her electricity, basically nuking the thing with microwave radiation! And she can magnetize her own body and use her electricity to stick to walls or yank herself out of harm's way. Plus with her electro sense she can basically mimic spider man. If she has any weaknesses at all is that If she is only as physically fit and strong as the athletic high school girl that she is. That and all that emotional damage from the Dark side of Academy city screwing with her by murdering her clones! But that's also another Ace in the hole that she has....
Oh and don't forget her ultimate power. The ability to.....override.... the power of imagine breaker to summon Toma to her side whenever she's in the most danger😅

I’m all for a good Lightning Battle, but this one’s an absolute show stopper, Nice Knowing Ya Killua.
Honestly the most excited i've been for an announcement out of all of the MUs we know so far are gonna be in this season and even including the likely-ones that could possibly on the Cypher which i include Bowser VS Eggman within, mainly because this officially marks the first Light Novel character to be on DB, which opens the door to so many other characters that i love from that sort of media like Ainz, Rimuru, Kazuma, Rudeus and Kumoko to name a few, some of my favourite characters of all time are within those novels so to finally see the step be taken to incorporate them into the show is such a good feeling, A Certain Magical Index is also coincidentally one of the ones that i've been interested to read as of late so this just fuels that desire even more
And the other reason is seeing such a relatively less-popular character make it onto the show, each time something like this happens it just gives me all that little bit more of hope for the more niche series that i like tom also make it onto the big VS Screen tho i am very nervous on how the views themselves will go and if that will deter them to not make more episodes like this in the future, i'd honestly be okay if there was 1 episode per-season with franchises that aren't that popular in the bigger picture of society, i pray that this can at the very least perform as well as an average DB episode or even a bit better, that's all i wanna ask for

This match up sounds a lot like the Wolverine(Killua) vs Magneto(Misaka).
I think that Killua's biggest problem is the fact that Misaka would most likely be able to override his electrokinetics, mostly because he really doesn't have such a thing. What Killua can actually do is turn his nen into stuff that stores and conducts electricity that's not controlling electricity outright. While Misaka can control electricity, and even force it to flow against conductivity. (Think about it, she wouldn't be able to do the Railgun and all the magnetic stuff if this wasn't the case) So she could just use Killua's nen against him.

I mean Misaka should win this pretty low diff.
If Misaka is allowed to use AAA or LvL 5.3 its an insta win for her no discusion but I understand if she is not allowed to use them here sinse the AAA is not really her power and she cant just go into the LvL 5.3 mode.
But even without this insta wins Misaka is still very strong she can do something very similar to Killuas "Godspeed" mode by controlling the Bioelectricity in her body, she is completly immune to electricity unlike Killua who is only resistent to it and she can creat up to 1 Billion Volt which is a lot more then Killua. She can detect every kind of electricity so when Killua is in his "Godspeed" mode she always knows where he is and she can even use this as a radar by sending out electromagnetic waves herself and sensing the position of everything around her by reading the refelctions of this waves. Misaka can also use her Magnetism control to control the Iron Sand to form sharp objects/weapons to fight with. All of this should already but her above Killua. She is similar to him but can do everything a bit better.
But speaking of Iron Sand that leads us to her third insta win condition, the Gigant Iron Sand Golem (or the Gigant Iron Sand wave that destroyed a city in WW3 in the Light Novel) and this one is fair to use and should be included in the battle sinse it is actually a part of her own power and no power up from an outside force.
To put it very simple If Killua was an Esper in Academy City and his Esper Lvl would be about Lvl 4 but Misaka is a Lvl 5 she is _the_ strongest Electromaster for a reason and her feats far outclass Killuas feats.

I'm kind of annoyed with Death Battle right now, they reached out to the DBW and asked them to remove all mention of the cipher answers. I don't get limiting the answers to just the Champions and it just seems cheap to make people pay to know the answers.
I mean we don't even officially know what the symbols relate to, it would have been fun to check in each episode and have say a pentagram on Killua Vs Misaka's intro to confirm if we were right. Instead it's just radio silence. We better get the answers at the end of the season otherwise what was even the point of giving us a puzzle with no answers unless we pay? Oh right that's the point.
This is interesting since while Misaka has power, hax, intelligence, range, and arsenal, Killua has the advantages in physical strength (Misaka needs her powers to lift beyond superhuman weight, whereas Killua can open a 64-tonne door with physical strength), skill, experience, and esoteric abilities (which while Misaka isn't unfamiliar with, it's the type that isn't present in her series)
Speed is going to Killua, though Misaka has the advantage in reaction speed.
The nature of their powers is going to be an interesting factor here. Since Killua uses Nen, his electricity is a transmutation of nen than actual electricity (which is achieved by letting electricity run through his body), which begs the question of how much control Misaka has over it. There's also the question of how much Nen affects Misaka's abilities (Does his lightning shock her since it isn't lightning but Nen? Could she even sense him when he uses Zetsu? Could he use her lightning to recharge without dying? etc.)
question regarding the zetsu detection for u to think about...do u think he'll be not visible in a IR security cam or radar if it was focused on the area?....Zetsu is for against people's senses..but what misaka uses is like herself being a scientific instrument.
@@jidhindharanm.p9351 This is interesting since Zetsu stops the flow of Aura nodes, and they state that Zetsu can make someone undetectable to a non-nen user, even by looking at them directly, but at the same, it comes to interpretation if that affects things like radar since Misaka detects electromagnetic waves (some nen abilities can do that, but I'm unsure if Zetsu can)
I'll go on a limb and say slightly, but not enough to be undetectable unless Killua's electricity powers could affect it (I know it's radiation, I'm not a huge physics buff)
it's worth noting that misaka also has a suit/form called AAA (Anti Art Attachment) which, if i recall, is capable of one-shotting planet level magic gods.

As much as I like Killua as he's pretty much my most favorite character in HunterXHunter he's screwed on massive level as my waifu pretty much outclasses him in terms of power and feats due to all the permanent power-ups she's gotten, and feats accomplished in both A Certain Magical Index and the spinoff she's the lead central heroine of A Certain Scientific Railgun and yes I'm talking about the anime, the manga, and the Light Novel.
Every Hunter x Hunter fan and non fan are going to heavily underestimate the lore and power scaling of the Toaruverse it would seem.

Plus she has better feats including destroying a whole fortified building with just a Quarter.

She may not have reached Level 6, but Misaka was powerful enough within that form to destroy all of Academy City - except for the Windowless Building - in one large attack.

One thing worth noting is that Killua as of now may be much more resistant to electricity, or even is immune to it, compared to how he demonstrated pre-trained. In fact, he absorbs electricity to charge up his power. Although I'm not sure how much more advantage it will give him.
I think this comes down to Misaka's defense (iron sand/electromagnetic field, etc). I don't think her reaction is good enough to handle Godspeed at close range. Killua is quite deadly if he can get close enough but otherwise he wouldn't be able to do much.
She had her own form of Spider sense and dodges a barrage of Light Speed Lasers and one at Point Blank/The last second from another Level 5 Esper. Unless he's faster than light I don't think he can do much. (He admits he can't react or move at light speed and only can catch a light speed attack if he already knows where the hit is going. Basically with prep.)
Although he is more resistant due to his Nen, I don't think he ever shown to withdtand 1 Billion Volts 🤔

The fastest speed feat misaka has done is keeping up with touma, gungnir is a weapon than can move in a timeless void which means it has infinite speed and touma can react and grab gungnir.

She's immune to electricity, has magnitism, can create storm clouds, can summon real lighting from the sky, can sense all electricity nearby and even use it to sense data on electronics and control them, she can manipulate iron sand like Gaara from Naruto, she could make a skyscraper sized iron sand golem using it, she can fly, she's completely immune to lightening based attacks regardless of strength, and more.

Sad Killua L. Now, Killua _is_ more skilled and experienced and is also faster while using Godspeed, but Misaka is a LOT stronger, tougher, and more powerful, faster than base Killua, smarter I would assume, and she outlasts Godspeed.

I'm skeptical about Misaka. If it comes down to hand to hand combat I feel like the other guy might win. Misaka just doesn't have the best history when fighting people who mitigate her electrical offence.
Misaka can do a lot more then just electrokinesis, as she also has ferrokinesis aka magnet powers, and the ability to manipulate Iron Sand none of those are abilities Killua has a counter for, plus Misaka's electrokinesis when it comes to power and control far surpasses Killua's on a massive massive scale.
For example she created a giant Magnet Kaiju.
And as for losing against people who counter her abilities most of the time they're more powerful then her, and as for Magical Index lead hero Tomua she only struggles against him due to his Imagine Breaker being able to nullify all of her abilities due to the fact it nullifies all abilities both the science based ones Espers like Misaka and Accelerator use, and magic based ones aka anime/manga/light novel plot-armor that allows him to basically Reverse Uno any super-powered opponent he fights and then win against since he nullified said opponent's powers drastically weakening said opponent.

Aight. I’ll be the one to say what everyone’s thinking: Killua’s gonna die! The worst part is the fact that the verse can get up to Universal (although the story is great, HxH doesn’t have too many feats beyond Large Town unfortunately).
Then again, I wanted him to fight Zenitsu (which is a stomp for Killua) or Luck (Which wouldn’t have been better).
You don’t really have to worry about high tiers in this case. Despite being a protagonist character, she doesn’t actually get that high compared to other characters like Accelerator. She is actually closer in Killua’s range than most of Killua’s other opponents

Kaiju Misaka, Misaka 5.1 5.2 5.3 and AAA Misaka she also has the wing form from when she was underwater saving Koroko which allowed her to fly for a short period. Her emp blasts sending academy city into a blackout and more. If they allow her to gain access to her forms killuas stuffed. not to mention her kaiju used a railgun that was hundreds of times more potent than her normal railgun she completely negs the fight and tbh this is an unfair match-up. yes, Killua is skille but she out scales him tenfold this "should" be a one-sided battle even without her forms.
Btw this isn't bias it's just facts. But it's nice to see Toaru and Hunter x Hunter in the fray now. Can't wait to see if Touma or Accelerator get their own death battles.
I'm sorry Killua but I don't really see how he can even beat a base form Misaka (her natural AIM field detects even MENTAL interferences and negates them ala shokuhou Misaki, let alone PHYSICAL ones so even if he gets close its she can still probably sense him no mater what) BUT there hasn't been much talk about her level 6 shift forms OR the A.A.A (Anti Art Attachment). Like even if they didn't put in the Level 6 shift forms due to them being something she cant control on her own, She CAN control the A.A.A in the light novels and the A.A.A is like...a literal warehouse of weaponry at her beck and call that attaches right on her back. Plus she's fought with SAINTS and held her own against one until they were interrupted and like, Saints are near godly and already far out blitz Killua.

In terms of power Mikoto > Killua. Mikoto has a huge range of how to use her power and her lightning can reach 1 billion volts. IQ also goes to Mikoto
Now physical attributes I believe Killua > Mikoto. Killua is better at melee combat, has better speed and experience. As a member of an assassin family, he would not hesitate to kill unlike Mikoto. battle IQ I think goes to Killua
But at the end of this confrontation everyone knows they would become friends, Mikoto would teach Killua to kick a vending machine to get soda without paying lol.

Also imma be real are the people who called stuff like this skip episodes actually death battles fans? I would not go out of my way and market to them if i was the death battle team . It would do more damage than good.
Getting a Toaru Rep and from what it seems a HxH rep for the first time ever in DB is a really good sign for the Toaru community. And while I do love Killua more than I enjoy Misaka... blame her fans, I can't see Killua winning this one. He's strong yes, fought against beings like the Chimera ants, but Misaka just outclasses everything he's been seen doing, minus physical skill. Mikoto's more versitle, has higher output, a literal genius as thats a requirment to be a artifically create level five esper, and also not just resistant, but immune to electricity.
If anything, the only time Killua would stand a chance against her, is if she was using the AAA at the start. Not only does she not know how to access it's full potential, but it also hinders her as she relies too much on it and doesn't use her own abilities. She can also manipulate the amperge of her attacks, which is more important than volts, a billion volts won't kill you onless the amperge you take is above lethal does. She's highly adaptive, and while she refuses to accept things like magic as existing or understand them, Nen follows close enough to esper abilities for her to accept and understand it. She's managed to keep up with saints like Brunhilda who can move at supersonic speeds and tear appart entire city blocks fairly casually, reacted to Mugino's meltdowner ray. And she's even defended against High Priest, a Magic god, although he was both double infinitely nerfed and being causal, he was still throwing entire buildings at her.
Her railgun ability isn't limited to coins, it's just the easiest and most abundant resource for her, but given a object with a high heat tollorance and magnetic propeties and she could well exceed her normal railgun. And although it would not matter for a death battle due to no assistance being allowed, with Misaki's aid she can utilize a LPR (Liquid proof Railgun). A nigh frictionless attack that continues to accelerate endlessly reaching relevatistic velocities in meat seconds, capable of warping spacetime and penetrating the Windowless building itself.
In more recent volumes she's been known to cause ironsand detonations, and correct me if im wrong, create plasma. Something easily feasible for her by applying the same principles she does to the railgun to create a partical accelerator effect. Hurtling countless tiny hydrogen atoms at high velocities through the air... however, since she's not done this particular method in canon yet, it's safe to assume she doesn't realize she can do this. And thus won't impact the battle... but the fact remains on her ludicrous advantages over Killua
