From my view i thoght this video is showing how erwin and levi reunited again after erwin was born again in new life. From the first scene,its looks like erwin had made a deal with kenny to do their planned to get the treasure (levi) during this time erwin couldn't remember yet his past memories and continue their plan to multiply and do several experiment with the treasure. Until the last scene (sequel a-like) appeared that shows levi alone doing the cleaning himself and erwin's vision slowly gone followed by him too.
