In regards to your question about when Kara arrives on Earth. Despite leaving just after Kal-El, Kara’s pod gets knocked off course during Kryptons explosion and into a place called The Phantom Zone for 24 years where time doesn’t pass. So when she does finally arrive on Earth Kal-El is a full grown man and Kara is still a 12 year old girl. So it didn’t go how she planned. As for seeing her mother later, she found a small part of Krypton called Argo city survived and her mother was there. But Argo is later lost in Crisis on Infinite Earths. I hope that helps some? 😅
Only her mom is still alive on Argo(which brainiac made little)also Clark and Kara was sent at the same time it just didn’t show it and batwoman was there because the recently did crisis on infinite earths (you should react to some clips from crisis even people that didn’t watch the dc shows tuned in for crisis it was really good and had Kevin Conroy as Batman of the future)
Kara was sent a few seconds after Kal El but was too late so when Krypton imploded all the waves of whatever hit her pod causing it to fly off course 🤷🏻♀️ technically Kara is well past her 50’s or something 😂
She was sent right after Superman and a small part of the planet survived called Argo and on crisis on infinite earth it was destroyed by dark matter and was wiped from the galaxy

Kara left Krypton after Kal-El, but got stuck in the phantom zone, so she got to earth way later than him
