The big problems with "lag" are crossplay and the fkn dumb fov, where the enemy can see half of your body but you cant see them, which with lag becomes even worse where you get instakilled by "invisible" enemies. If only disabling crossplay actually worked....i turn that shit off on every single garbage game with that useless cancer but cod...nope, i get playstation players with mouse and keyboard and pc players with mouse and keyboard with crossplay off. I just want dead silence as a perk and the rest I can deal with. I have always been a run and gun player with over a 2KD ratio and now I am a 1.68. What makes matters worse is even when I wait to rush with dead silence they can still hear me🤦🏾♂️. I will not play it or buy any of the extra content until the update with the footsteps. If it still has not been resolved I will just have to find another MP to play.

Decided to try MW after like four days off and my second game I had a lobby where at least 7 people were over level 100. I think the only people under level one hundred in that lobby was myself and two people in my party. If theres one thing thats going to make players leave its the SBMM. They even admit it as well in the same video where they talk about the maps. They openly say "We want new players in the game and we don't want them to get punched in the mouth. Our weapons are more leathal so that helps a lower skilled player get a kill when they normally wouldn't." Like come on.. anyone who has played a game like this should know that anything that helps the bottom tier is going to affect not only the top tier but the mid tier very strongly as well. My guess is they want those players who can still have fun with like a .60 K/D because they feel they're the ones who are gonna be dropping money on the Battle Pass and Shop because they know the hardcore fans are going to no matter what their experience is.

But I'm constantly in lobbies with 155 players and if im using certain guns. All of a sudden most of the other players are using the right guns to counter the one I'm using. For example I never used the riot shield.. I also never see the C4 being used. I started using it for a few games and everyone was using C4s blowing my ass up all of a sudden. That's why we dont stay in the same lobbies. The SBMM in this game is the worst COD has ever done. Next to BO4 of coarse. But this might surpass it by a bit. BO4 was the most sweat fest COD until this dropped..
But my thing is what made people become top tier is from just getting better at the game you gotta get killed a shit ton and then learn how to get better this game you can be a level one and camp and get a bunch of kills there’s no gap the mid tier will get punished badly not only you’re getting killed by people who definitely not good as you they just running around with shotguns but now you got the people who’s actually good killing you it’s not fun at all

I don’t understand why they hide deaths but we still have a KD in our combat record, just get rid of KD all together if you won’t allow us to “flex” it on a regular match. Actually think that KD makes the community more campy since most people are struggling to go positive

@@Dannyflaco305 thunder complained like mad about black ops 4 and now here he is complaining again, it's a yearly thing for him, and as a person who had 0.20kd in previous cod games i am at 1.93 kd just by using guns with higher recoil and getting used to them and learning how to rush others be it they are campers or others like me, anyways thunder don't know how to play it's as simple as that, 98% of my games I am getting around 25-30 kills and 7-12 deaths, and I am still running and gunning.

I felt like deleting it today. Went on a 15 gun streak earning all my streaks. JUGGERNAUT. White Phosphorus and V Tol jet. Dropped my JUGGERNAUT then the rest of the killstreaks. Jumped down to get the stupid JUGGERNAUT out of a care package I was shot instantly and they player stole in on me and went on to win me in a FFA by 2 kills. The most angry I've ever gotten Haha. Plus I wish we could actually choose which killstreak to set off when we have all 3 ready to use. Instead of having to use the best 1 first then move down!

The bug was introduced in the 1.07 patch. It wasn't there before, but for some reason it started taking upwards of 10-15 seconds to change spectating views between teammates. The bug gives you a interim view of your dead body that can be swiveled 360 degrees while switching.
It's not like it would do much anyways. Dots don't show up on the minimap and most people camp. A buff to the CUAV wouldn't make finding people easier.

Pretty much felt like every cod game of the past decade has catered almost entirely to rushing.. now one game comes out that isn’t dedicated to running around and everyone loses their minds lol.
You could always spectate in 3rd person, but you used to be forced in game chat and couldn't talk to people alive when dead. The biggest mistake they made was removing that feature. That made CoD vids popular on YT.
It's basically his job and all his subscribers are mainly COD vets. Whether they keep saying they hate the game or not they're all playing it as well as Thunder. I just wish this game is fixed so all of us can go and have real fun in this COD. Because if they fixed all the issues and added back the 25 killstreak nuke..the normal mini map. Dead silence perk. (Not with faster running that be too much) bring in some more fun killstreaks like the dogs. Let the final killcam last at least 10 seconds so the player can do something funny and entertaining. This game it only lasts 3 seconds the most. Fix a few more of the killstreaks and leave the guns alone except the 725 shotgun nerf that down. Tone down the FOOTSTEPS noise. So everyone doesn't have to run dead silence 24/7. I honestly believe if they did all that and brought back tons of new OG maps from MW2 and MW3. This could easily be the best COD. Oh and fix the connections allow us to stay in the same lobbies remove SBMM and sort out that stupid NET CODE that's causing so much chaos. Sorry about the long comment bro. I just honestly believe they made this game so great with its gun play and the way they work and feel and then destroyed all that with these SAFE SPACES and SBMM.

Counter to Thunder's comments: 1. In the intro clip, that guy had EOD perk. No explosives in the game (including rocket launcher) can kill someone with full health. No surprises there. 2. They are working on a map-voting system. 3. Backlash? Every COD UA-camr is uploading gameplays from this game and everyone's channel is exploding right now. Example: Your channel, GreenGoblinHD, etc. 4. The supply stream will be in every COD game. Heck, it is in COD Mobile. XD 5. There are a lot of bugs because this is a brand new engine. Infinity Ward is working on it. We are getting patches every few days. 6. Of course, you have to get inside cover when there is a predator missile coming in. It is the same in every COD game.
I've never once spent more money on a CoD in my life outside of a season pass. Never bought CoD Points or any reserve crates, etc etc. And, I kinda regret even buying this base game.

The thing about the predator missile is true. I don't know how many times I got killed by that on the *ground war* quarry map while running outside alone. I'm like "dude, couldn't you find a better target" and then I see the kill cam and everybody is inside the buildings.
You know, it's crazy I hear everyone crying rn yet this game just came out. I've been playing cod since cod 3 and yeah the camping is bad but this game plays like a very slow MW2 and ghost. Spawns in MW2 weren't the best so idk why everyone is calling it The glory game yet that game had so many bugs from the beginning and end of its life span. I'm a fast pace player and I'm not having a problem rushing and my KD is in the 2.00's, don't listen to them say adapt to the game that's bull crap, in certain games modes it encourages camping so play rushing game modes like Hardpoint, Dom, and HQ they're fast pace usually and I haven't had a problem with it. Free for all will always have campers so you're gonna expect it thunder. I've been watching you since MW2 and I saw a lot of camping on there 🤣 love the vid thunder and I hope with this overhaul that it will bring the game to a better state. I agree the original mini map needs to be back and put dead silence as a perk 2 and make ghost a perk where you have to move and then I think the game will be much better. And finally, bring back traditional three line maps with a twist like how BO3 done it or B04. Personally I didn't like WW2 or BO4 but the maps were really good. But those are the things that need to change

@@SourClout you do have to acknowledge Thunder camps in every COD I see him play. In B04, which sucked, all he did was stay in one area with that strobe light shotgun and get kills. I do admit most of these maps suck and hopefully they come out with some old and new maps.
This game is still less broken then BO4 was at launch. BO4 crashed way more often, the spawns were trash, the maps were flat, and meta was so Maddox and Titan focused. I'm never going back to a Treyarch game

Just finished up some testing of hit detection/hit tracking. Go into a private match with a friend and each of you shoot at a wall. After, compare the location of the shot from your game to your friends and I guarantee you'll see a big discrepancy in how shots are tracked ingame. From my testing per ingame scale, there was a 3-6 inch difference between where the bullet hole was for me compared to my buddy. It really seems there's a synchronization issue with shot tracking. This appeared to be repeatable in public matches as well. So if you aren't host on console and want to hit someone then try shifting your aim a bit. Another interesting thing I discovered is that if you aren't looking at where the enemy is firing, you won't see any bullet holes in the surface where the rounds impacted. They literally aren't even shown. I also tested the mounting system and discovered a discrepancy in how hit markers are reported. The issue I discovered is that hit boxes for mountable walls and such are much higher/wider than the actual model itself. This explains entirely the head glitching that occurs when someone mounts a weapon (now it doesn't happen on every surface but I would say a vast majority are this way). Adding more onto all of this, there's a bit of deception in shots when someone is mounted say on a horizontal surface. Without FMJ, you can actually wound a player by shooting at the wall beneath them if they're mounted though you'll only bring them to the verge of dying. So if you aren't running FMJ and end up shooting at a surface below where someone is mounted then you'll get very deceptive hit markers. Furthermore, the hitbox seems much smaller on the female operators compared to the male operators. I also did some testing with the 725 and was still able to snipe across Hackney Yard and one shot. Another thing is that despite you not seeing it, your character actually jitters quite a bit as he moves or stands still. The hitbox shifts with this movement ever so slightly which results in the poor hit detection that Ace demonstrated. Overall these issues are definitely something that needs to be addressed with Activison/Infinity Ward.

I don’t understand why they hide deaths but we still have a KD in our combat record, just get rid of KD all together if you won’t allow us to “flex” it on a regular match. Actually think that KD makes the community more campy since most people are struggling to go positive

The spectating bug is in 2v2 gunfight too. More than once, I've been killed and ended up briefly spectating my opponents position.

I felt like deleting it today. Went on a 15 gun streak earning all my streaks. JUGGERNAUT. White Phosphorus and V Tol jet. Dropped my JUGGERNAUT then the rest of the killstreaks. Jumped down to get the stupid JUGGERNAUT out of a care package I was shot instantly and they player stole in on me and went on to win me in a FFA by 2 kills. The most angry I've ever gotten Haha. Plus I wish we could actually choose which killstreak to set off when we have all 3 ready to use. Instead of having to use the best 1 first then move down!

The bug was introduced in the 1.07 patch. It wasn't there before, but for some reason it started taking upwards of 10-15 seconds to change spectating views between teammates. The bug gives you a interim view of your dead body that can be swiveled 360 degrees while switching.

It's not like it would do much anyways. Dots don't show up on the minimap and most people camp. A buff to the CUAV wouldn't make finding people easier.

It's basically his job and all his subscribers are mainly COD vets. Whether they keep saying they hate the game or not they're all playing it as well as Thunder. I just wish this game is fixed so all of us can go and have real fun in this COD. Because if they fixed all the issues and added back the 25 killstreak nuke..the normal mini map. Dead silence perk. (Not with faster running that be too much) bring in some more fun killstreaks like the dogs. Let the final killcam last at least 10 seconds so the player can do something funny and entertaining. This game it only lasts 3 seconds the most. Fix a few more of the killstreaks and leave the guns alone except the 725 shotgun nerf that down. Tone down the FOOTSTEPS noise. So everyone doesn't have to run dead silence 24/7. I honestly believe if they did all that and brought back tons of new OG maps from MW2 and MW3. This could easily be the best COD. Oh and fix the connections allow us to stay in the same lobbies remove SBMM and sort out that stupid NET CODE that's causing so much chaos. Sorry about the long comment bro. I just honestly believe they made this game so great with its gun play and the way they work and feel and then destroyed all that with these SAFE SPACES and SBMM.

1. In the intro clip, that guy had EOD perk. No explosives in the game (including rocket launcher) can kill someone with full health. No surprises there.
2. They are working on a map-voting system.
3. Backlash? Every COD UA-camr is uploading gameplays from this game and everyone's channel is exploding right now. Example: Your channel, GreenGoblinHD, etc.
4. The supply stream will be in every COD game. Heck, it is in COD Mobile. XD
5. There are a lot of bugs because this is a brand new engine. Infinity Ward is working on it. We are getting patches every few days.
6. Of course, you have to get inside cover when there is a predator missile coming in. It is the same in every COD game.
I've never once spent more money on a CoD in my life outside of a season pass. Never bought CoD Points or any reserve crates, etc etc.
And, I kinda regret even buying this base game.

The thing about the predator missile is true. I don't know how many times I got killed by that on the *ground war* quarry map while running outside alone. I'm like "dude, couldn't you find a better target" and then I see the kill cam and everybody is inside the buildings.
You know, it's crazy I hear everyone crying rn yet this game just came out. I've been playing cod since cod 3 and yeah the camping is bad but this game plays like a very slow MW2 and ghost. Spawns in MW2 weren't the best so idk why everyone is calling it The glory game yet that game had so many bugs from the beginning and end of its life span. I'm a fast pace player and I'm not having a problem rushing and my KD is in the 2.00's, don't listen to them say adapt to the game that's bull crap, in certain games modes it encourages camping so play rushing game modes like Hardpoint, Dom, and HQ they're fast pace usually and I haven't had a problem with it. Free for all will always have campers so you're gonna expect it thunder. I've been watching you since MW2 and I saw a lot of camping on there 🤣 love the vid thunder and I hope with this overhaul that it will bring the game to a better state. I agree the original mini map needs to be back and put dead silence as a perk 2 and make ghost a perk where you have to move and then I think the game will be much better. And finally, bring back traditional three line maps with a twist like how BO3 done it or B04. Personally I didn't like WW2 or BO4 but the maps were really good. But those are the things that need to change

This game is still less broken then BO4 was at launch. BO4 crashed way more often, the spawns were trash, the maps were flat, and meta was so Maddox and Titan focused. I'm never going back to a Treyarch game

Just finished up some testing of hit detection/hit tracking. Go into a private match with a friend and each of you shoot at a wall. After, compare the location of the shot from your game to your friends and I guarantee you'll see a big discrepancy in how shots are tracked ingame. From my testing per ingame scale, there was a 3-6 inch difference between where the bullet hole was for me compared to my buddy. It really seems there's a synchronization issue with shot tracking. This appeared to be repeatable in public matches as well. So if you aren't host on console and want to hit someone then try shifting your aim a bit. Another interesting thing I discovered is that if you aren't looking at where the enemy is firing, you won't see any bullet holes in the surface where the rounds impacted. They literally aren't even shown.
I also tested the mounting system and discovered a discrepancy in how hit markers are reported. The issue I discovered is that hit boxes for mountable walls and such are much higher/wider than the actual model itself. This explains entirely the head glitching that occurs when someone mounts a weapon (now it doesn't happen on every surface but I would say a vast majority are this way).
Adding more onto all of this, there's a bit of deception in shots when someone is mounted say on a horizontal surface. Without FMJ, you can actually wound a player by shooting at the wall beneath them if they're mounted though you'll only bring them to the verge of dying. So if you aren't running FMJ and end up shooting at a surface below where someone is mounted then you'll get very deceptive hit markers.
Furthermore, the hitbox seems much smaller on the female operators compared to the male operators. I also did some testing with the 725 and was still able to snipe across Hackney Yard and one shot. Another thing is that despite you not seeing it, your character actually jitters quite a bit as he moves or stands still. The hitbox shifts with this movement ever so slightly which results in the poor hit detection that Ace demonstrated.
Overall these issues are definitely something that needs to be addressed with Activison/Infinity Ward.
