my issue with her selective need for privacy stems from the moment she confessed she wasn't single. when that person asked her how she felt about being single while her exes were in relationships, she could've easily said something along the lines of, "i'm glad they're happy and out my life" or SOMETHING. literally no one had to know anything about her even being in a relationship. and now, she's still wanting privacy but flaunts certain things about this new girlfriend, and that just doesn't add up for me. like if you wanna be private, be quiet 😭💀

My cat will be 15 this year and has had two litter boxes in his whole life. If I got him a new litter box every 2 months, he‘d be on approximately #85 by now 😳 Therefore I‘m not sure this story of Amber‘s is true.
As a future feline behaviorist, it's important to replace your cats litter box when wear an dtear start to show like scratches etc because it can harbor bacteria however her throwing out boxes like that ia absolutely silly and not necessary if ahe wants to be that lazy buy a litter robot however also not recommended since you can't monitor your cats bathroom habits

Ok. So, here’s the thing. I do change my litter box frequently. Probably once each month. I have a boy cat with kidney failure who, although he’s being professionally treated, drinks a ton and pees lakes. He also digs to the bottom of the box every time and scratches the plastic. Then the pee smell seeps into those cracks despite deep cleaning and makes my house stink and makes him not use it. I’ve tried self-cleaning ones and stainless steel ones, but he won’t use them. I’ve tried liners of all types and he rips through them. My boy isn’t long for this world, so I do what I can to keep him happy. There are reasons to replace litter boxes frequently, but I don’t think this applies to her. I’ve never had to do this with any other cats I’ve had throughout my life. I’m with the folks who think she’s just not cleaning it enough, it gets gross and she throws it away instead of putting in the work.

We switched to stainless steel litter boxes and the smell reduced DRASTICALLY. As long as they are kept scooped there is no smell at all. Plastic holds smells like no other 🤢
Zach, have you tried regular creme Aquaphor instead of lipstick? As a person with long history of troubles with dry lips I consider cremes dedicated to skin always better for my lips than anything dedicated to lips.

There are litter box subscription services. They send you litter box made of cardboard (that has been treated so it does not leak) and litter on a 1-2 month basis. It's called I think kitty litter club or something. We looked into it but it was going to be too expensive for the amount of cats we have.

We switched to stainless steel litter boxes and the smell reduced DRASTICALLY. As long as they are kept scooped there is no smell at all. Plastic holds smells like no other 🤢
Zach, have you tried regular creme Aquaphor instead of lipstick? As a person with long history of troubles with dry lips I consider cremes dedicated to skin always better for my lips than anything dedicated to lips.

There are litter box subscription services. They send you litter box made of cardboard (that has been treated so it does not leak) and litter on a 1-2 month basis. It's called I think kitty litter club or something. We looked into it but it was going to be too expensive for the amount of cats we have.
