Just an idea: Vision Albums? Like say for instance you take the thriller album as a whole and recreate the instrumental structure of the tracks to make them unique to you and how you would like them?
I've actually kind of thought about doing this, I wouldn't do full albums (not at once anyway) because it would take too long and interfere with my main projects. But I would like to remake the album versions of quite a few songs
I don't know if it's too much to ask, but can you put a full version of the song without the guitar solo for download? Sometimes I need it for my shows, as I want a guitarrist to play it live :)

Yes I've been periodically working on it the past couple of weeks. I'm taking my time with it though, not sure when it will be finished
