    What's role of cooling water? How it worked

      Assuming you are referring to the roll cooling then the role of the water in to remove the heat stemming from the compaction process. Some materials undergo unwanted discoloration as well as possible material degradation especially at higher compaction forces. This can be reduced if not eliminated using this useful machine feature. Cooling water is recirculated through the rollers and cooled using either a chiller we can provide, or by using on site cooling water.

      Cooling water comes in contact with the rooler or with bearings?

      @@pharmaceuticalengineering4565 Cooling water is fully contained within the roller and its shaft. It does not come in contact with neither product, or other mechanical components.

      Hi there;
      It helps deaerate the bulk powder just before entering the slip region of the rollers and as such helps stabilize the material throughput rate.
