The torque of the bead bolts is dependent on the brand/ type / size of tires. I saw many different torque specs on different videos so I looked it up. Each bead lock kit/set you get has instructions and specs to follow depending on the metal used for the ring, the rim, the inserts.... ect.... might want to mention that....but awesome video thank you.
Not even a joke I never knew how to install beadlocks until I looked it up. Kinda feel stupid after watching this😂

I originally learned tire mounting with off road bikes and mix dish soap to about 30% with water (find the mix that works for you. More water evaporates quicker and gives less time to mount, while less water gives more time. I personally find diluted soap easier to distribute and penetrate, but this is all personal preference). I gave up using my spray bottles a years back and just use a rag to apply. For trail side, I carry a squeeze bottle (condiment bottles are far more durable than the original soap bottles) and just squirt to wet the beads excessively. I’ve personally never had problems from using too much soap solution, but not enough always makes it a fight.
Regarding the torqueing down. Do not use the same torque wrench that you use to torque head bolts that has a huge range. Use a smaller more sensitive low torque wrench. Otherwise you have an excellent chance of overtightening and stripping your nice wheel. Apply this tip for ALL lower torque wrench tasks. You should have a high torque wrench and a low torque wrench. There are NO torque wrenches that can accurately do both jobs with low risk and high durability. Databyter
The way you wet your tire bead is not getting the right part of the bead wet. We always used a mop to wet both edges of the bead that makes the inner wheel bead easier to slide the tire bead over.

Is there nothing installed on the "inside" side of the tire? In an offroad situation, what is to prevent the inside bead from becoming separated?
The inside of the wheel has a much longer surface going towards the center. Even if you managed to move the inside bead, it's not as likely to go anywhere. The outside has that quick drop-off that makes it easy to install the tire, but more likely to come loose when aired down.
So the bead lock is only on the outside of the rime not the inside ?
Yea, the inside of the rim has a longer ledge so very unlikely to come unseated.
What kind of anti seize did you use?
Permatex.

For getting the tire onto the wheel, wouldn't it have been easier...a LOT easier...to have placed the tire on the cardboard, inside facing up, and then push the wheel DOWN onto the tire? Then, all you'd have to do is flip the tire over, and install the beadlock ring.
It would have been easier to use more lube. I wouldn't bother with the spray bottle either. Some dish soap straight out of the bottle works better and you don't need mush. Squeeze a couple quarter sized blobs into your hand and slather it on.
No wheel balance ?
Antiseize on the bead lock bolts? That's scary... I'd rather use locktite.
