Quick & easy building of a rope ladder. New concept with supported rungs & full recovery of the rope

- In this video I show you how to improvise a bushcraft style rope ladder which you can mount and demount from the ground. The special thing about this concept is that the rungs are supported by two poles. This makes it much easier and safer to use the ladder. In addition, I will show you two tricks that helps to assemble the rungs parallel on the first try.

We're going to miss your videos, but have a wonderful vacation!
Thank you so much!
Great improvements on the bushcraft standard. Enjoy your holiday.
Thanks a lot Tommy!
When I hear “Hello You Tube” I automatically hit the like button as a automatic reflex because I know something good is going to happen. I never heard someone saying the mosquitoes are eating them alive with a smile on their face. Your rope ladder demo seems like a safe way to make the climb and building it on the ground should definitely give you a better quality build. I tip my hat to you.
Well done, Felix. I really enjoy all the videos you do. Family first, have a good time.
Thank you so much for your kind comment!
Gud'n Felix! Vielen Dank für diese super tolle Anleitung! Ich wünsche deiner Familie und dir schöne und erholsame Ferien!

Hello Dima. Thank you very much!
Hello Felix, I tried making rope ladders on the ground, then attempted to throw it over a branch.(never worked) Your way is easy and practical with level rungs. Thank you and enjoy your family vacation.
Hello Ron. Thanks a lot for your interesting feedback!

Hi felix ,I've got an idea for you to put forward to victorinox...
Why not ask them to replace one of their stainless steel tools with a carbon steel version ?
Say the flat Head screwdriver/ bottle opener ...or the parcel hook ...?
This would enable the sak to be used like a flint and steel ...
As a primitive fire starter ...any of the tools could be replaced with a carbon steel version ...then flint or chert or obsidian
Could be found to start a fire ...
Kind regards from England.
Incredible.
You have thought to all the issues to provide a really perfect solution.
Congrats.
Thank you!!
Best rope ladder I’ve seen Felix.

Felix, enjoy your holidays and your family, see you soon!
Thank you very much Antonio!
When we lived in Karlsruhe, back in my youth (17 ), I was an Explorer Scout. Your rope ladder is better than the ones we learned, but one hint: place each rung on the ground with another rung under each end, so that the one to be tested has its' ends resting on one of the other rungs, and then step on the rung to be tested, just to make sure it will take your weight. Ask me how I found out about this! LOL! I'm now 76, and a little old for rope ladders, but I really like how you explain each step so well. God bless!
Vielen Dank für dieses Video! Ich wünsche Ihnen einen schönen Urlaub und alles Gute!
Thanks for the tips and the great video. Enjoy your break!
Thank you Lucca!
Das war etwas Neues für mich! Hervorragende Technik! 👍😃💚🌞
Hallo Dennis. Danke für dieses wunderbare Feedback!

have a great vacation Felix! see you when you get back
Thank you so much!
Thank you so much! It is all so interesting. For any of us who missed out on the scouts, we can still learn^^ Danke schön!
Hi Felix, I suggest you to use a tarp tied to the sides and with a tension knot above for the for the bushcraft frame you showed in another video , I think it will be like a gym sack, you won't need the tensione ropes, you'll just have to tie the tarp to the frame, and putting to the bottom of the frame a lose cordage you could use the tweezers for laundry you made whit the wedges to dry clothes, i wrote this comment here so you could see, I really like you videos, bye
Another fantastic video my friend!
Enjoy your holiday, taky care and see you soon! 🙂
Thank you very much!
Well done !
Thank you so much!!
Happy holidays dear Felix, Luxembourg is indeed an excellent idea for a vacation.

Howdy Felix. Thank you for solving the problems of my free swinging rope ladders which I've built. There were some great benefits in this video. Have a great summer break and I'll be looking for your return to us! Later on Sir.....
Wieder eine Reihe von hervorragenden Ideen! Herzlichen Dank für die Anregungen!
Excellent! Wow, that's a very stable ladder, love the Marlin Spike Hitch.
Enjoy your vacation and quality time with family. Balance.
That was top class, Felix, straightforward instructions to follow too. Thanks for sharing your knowledge with us. Remember, if the mosquitoes annoy you too much, find an elder tree and rub the leaves on your skin, they hate the smell of those leaves :) .
Really! Thanks for this tip!!
@@FelixImmler Yes, it's a good insect repellent, Felix, but I wouldn't recommend it as your new aftershave :) ua-cam.com/video/RG4j_27hmi8/v-deo.html

Hello Enrique. Thank you very much!!
Enjoy the holiday and time with your family.
Hello Mark. Thank you very much!
Felix, this is a super project because my daughter has a treehouse that I built her last Easter - so this rope ladder project is something that she absolutely loves! Isn't the saw on these Victorinox knives so incredibly sharp? Its razor sharpness sure beats all the saws on other multitools, that's for sure! And the Huntsman is just one fine example of handy carry when its leather pouch is so easily available on one's belt, or cargo pant pocket.
Your instruction made the project so easy to understand - Molly and I successfully tried it - and WOW *does* it work so brilliantly! Thank you so much for this excellent, useful project that has great practical use, especially for tree houses or difficult situations when bushcrafting. Happy holidays, best always and *Hugs* in friendship ~Wendi 🌻🌻🌻
Your comment makes me happy! Thanks a lot!
