In a breeding habitat used by ducks, a mother duck attacks baby ducks that can't run and escape!

- The little ducks can't fight off the attacks by the female duck. Ducks are aquatic birds that live on the water and can live in freshwater and seawater; ducks don't have the predatory instinct to hunt but will eat small marine animals, plants, and insects. A female duck is known as a pen, and a male duck is known as a drake; the duckling is a baby duck without flight feathers.

Mother duck: You have until the count of 10 to get your candy ass in the water!
It’s probably a stray duckling. Female ducks are highly protective of their broods and don’t want stray ducklings around their own. They often attack and even kill the stray ducklings. It’s just how it is unfortunately.
instincts can suck and irrational.
That’s what happens when you don’t listen when mom says “get into the damn water”!!!!
Because you like ducks attacking ducks your definitely violent
We're late for the fuckin movies! C'mon already!
Lmaoo
😆😆😆
Caption of duckling: "But I don't wanna go in the water! Water is wet and cold! I'm going back to the nest!"
Wait till we get in the car... !

Momma duck whooping their asses
Mom duck: dequan now if you don’t get your a** in the water imma whoop yo a** like Shawn’s
Mother duck said, dammit I'm tired of babies! Every damn year I'm having babies, sick of y'all.
mother duck is trying to get her babies into the water. both parents wantt to go but cant
alyy j no I think the previous mother has been killed or something this duck that’s attacking the ducklings isn’t it’s mother that’s why it’s attacking and plus usually when the duck(female) has had its duckling the drakes (male) normally run off
@@utubebabe2799 Yeah mother teaches the child on its own, not with the father. It is not a human family, lol. A similar video was there a dog pair attacked a pup. Some people was saying that they were teaching him discipline. But that was not the case. Another dog video makes it clear. If it discipline, they will do intermittent licking also and also the pup could growl at them, but that time it was crying
I think the Mama duck don't want them sitting around..she wanna see the chicks active and swimming.
Timmy dear......get into the water right NOW !!! I'ma gonna count to three.
3......2....
1....
my mom trying to get me to exercise everyday
Daddy duck just carries on eating.... -.
Good cam work. Even a moment or two when I saw ducks.
Um, I think the ducklings are hers. She is trying to get them into the water to follow her. The first one she chastise got in and she no longer snapped at that one. But, the second one seems to need more persuading.
Aggre
bobsagget823 shut yp
bobsagget823 shut up 🤐
True.
Ummm absolutely not. The mother calls for her babies vocally when she wants to lead them, very stupid
Mama duck is not doing nothing wrong, or contrary, she is telling that baby duck needs to move on..so she is teaching them..this is mother's nature she is a good mother trying to protect baby duck from danger..to us, it seems harsh, we should not intervene
Duckling is gonna call Duck Protective Services on his mom.
I'd run away from home to LOL
The second one looks phobic.
My mom when we dont wanna go to church!!!!!
" if you don't get in this water, we're leaving with or without you"
“Quack.” “Don’t talk about your stupid father!”
Someone should call Duck Protective Services and report her.
Get in there and save that duck 😂😂
1:30 I‘m just chillin‘
1:32 GET INTO THE F$CKING WATER!
1:35 Ok, ok 😒
Shoulda eaten his vegetables! Love the British lady scolding the duck lol
Those could be her babies. There was a mother duck in the lake behind my house that would do this whenever she lost too many and was left with 1 or 2. She would regroup with her mate and decide she wanted to abandon her current babies and start another nest in hopes of a better outcome (more babies surviving in her next batch). Each year I maintained the mindset of "Don't interfere with nature" and didn't try to rescue the babies and each year they died. Im done with that lol. Also, unless those babies belonged to a different mom there is like a 100% chance that they died. Ducklings need their moms warmth and for her to oil their feathers at that age. . And even if they didn't there are so many animals that prey on ducklings and without a mom it is impossible that they survived in that situation.
I witnessed something unusual like that a first time mama muscovy had 13 ducklings and the blue heron ate all but 2 the day I saw the mama and her 2 remaining ducklings I thought they would have a chance the next day I saw them mama had just one duckling and I named him uno she stayed with him for a few days then when I went to check on them the following day uno was gone I figured the blue heron got him too so I was sad about it and was really hoping he would survive .anyways about 5 days went by and two other mama ducks who are working as a team and are raising all the ducklings in a team effort they were walking with the babies one day and I saw a little duckling double the size of all the others and knew right away that was uno that smart little guy decided for himself that he wanted to live and adopted his new mothers lol the mother I call sister is a very cautious duck who takes her mothering very seriously. I just find it so amazing and beautiful that she adopted uno and took him under her care.and that 2 muscovy mothers joined forces to raise their babies togather they are a great team and are doing an amazing job keeping those babies safe from all the predators ( mother nature is vicious to those little ducklings .. uno has tripled in size and is starting to get his pin feathers. I pray for uno daily that he will grow into a handsome drake that little duckling decided he wanted a better chance at survival and loves life . God bless little uno . I check on him every day and all his new little siblings all run out of the water to run up to me for the treats I bring to them and sister and the other mama who I haven't named yet allow their ducklings to interact with me without attacking me .. I feel like they trust me that I am no danger to their ducklings.. that makes me so happy .. 🙂
@@annaverano5843 what a sad, but very cool, story%! I wonder if original mom abandoned Uno, or maybe if he even got separated by accident, and just happened upon the two mothers nesting. And instinctively just joined them. I have had pet/domestic ducks most of my life. I have seen two females, many times, pair up and sit on one huge nest. And raise the babies together. Usually, this is sisters, or, rather, two females that have been raised together from hatch. I have a momma Rouen duck on 14 eggs right now, that are in the process of hatching. I am so excited! It never gets old. Lol
run duck run

tiim the world may never know
;D
tiim ; *
Good
They might not be part of her brood, or possibly she hasn't laid any for this season or batch yet and those are definitely strays... She can tell if the babies are her hatchlings, and will respond violently if they aren't...
I have a mommy dog and her puppies living in an abandoned house in my neighborhood near my house. She took care of them but as soon as they grew a bit she would have massive fights with them. I observed she wanted them to go out and find food on their own. She wouldn't quit until the pups were out. :)
Wow
These young ducklings nowadays are too soft. Ducks were.much tougher back in the old days.
You joke, but there is a lot of truth to what you say. I am old. And I have been around ducks and chicks my whole life. I don’t ever remember ducklings dying when I was growing up. Now, when you buy ducklings from a hatchery, or store, be prepared for some of them to die. Seems they are becoming very sickly. They blame it on niacin. But when I was young, my grandma NEVER fed her ducklings or chicks store bought food, nor gave them supplements. So I don’t buy that explanation. Besides, I have tried saving a many sickly duckling by treating them for this, and not a single one has ever gotten better. Meanwhile, those who live, never received the special doses. Something don’t add up!
Not all ducklings look alike. : )
U didn't clean ur rm but played the game all day...Get over here you!
crazy duck..
The chick filming is acting like she’s gonna call the cops on this duck , it’s nature and it’s cruel
Johnathan Pieters it’s not even the duck being mean. The mother duck is trying to get the baby in the water
Humans are of nature too. If someone decides to club you to death, why should anyone interfere? Its nature, its what humans do.
Why do I love this kind of videos?!
Teen age mom !
Mom: go swim!
Ducklings:.... eeehh......
Mom: *pooffk* swim or not?
Stepmon 😂😂
Those are not her babies. I raised ducks for years and mother ducks do not act like this. They only act this way towards babies that are not their own.
Blobbert Mcblob liar
Lol. No.
I thought the same thing.'Couldnt be hers ( or mommas mental)
You want a natural nature show? You got it,
mama duck: *getchYOASSINTHISWATERBOY*
For all those who say she's teaching them how to swim:
SHE'S NOT BECAUSE THAT'S NOT HER BABIES SHE'S REALLY ATTACKING THEM.
lol how do you know?? Did you stick around to see if she ate them? They did not get hurt, mother is giving them a firm nudge! What did she gain in doing that otherwise, animals don't just attack for no reason, that unfortunately is a human trait, she accomplished getting them in water than stopped. P.s.. they didn't look to afraid of her
Dan S Exactly. That's why she stopped the attack as soon as she got that one in the water
I think it's an attack on the second one. At the end, the mother attacks and the baby swims away from it. If it were just a "nudge", once it were in the water, it would've followed the mother, not swam away from it. I believe the first duckling may have been hers, but the second one certainly isn't. Ducks and swans do this kind of behavior all the time to strays who try to blend in (and take resources from the others).
I think all 3 of you especially Dan n Duke asswipes are FAILS as humans. Just dumbasses
Use Google next time.
Run, run, the little ducking........
She's not attacking she just making them try to swim
Young man, you get in the water this instant!
The mother was obviously trying to get the duckling to get into the water so predators wouldn't make a meal out of it.
But snapping turtles and Herons are IN the water too...
Out of the pot, into the fire
Veggie Soup better chances in the water than on land
@Daz Ediss The Duck was like "Get in the water" no response, then she said it again, "Get in the water" no response and then finally she said with force, "Get yo ass in the water!" and from there she got a response.
It's a Heron.... I mean, Hairdo? Heretic? Potatoe?
We have that kind of mother duck bfor, what we did was ,we took care of the baby duck and grew up healthy and gorgeous
Mom says.. Come and swim with me..
Duckling says.. No i m not feeling well..
Duckling still lazy Mom got angry at Duckling it's Mom's love..
Let nature be nature. The lady is probably scaring the ducklings. Mother is trying to get them to swim so the can do things like find food and escape preditors...like nosey human beings
That’s their ducklings and they are getting them in the water
El pato del costado es idéntico al pato Lucas, lol.
Step Mum !
Duckling struggling with destiny
That's her kids you can't tell her what to do
*saw a mother slapping her baby*
Me: STOP! THAT'S NOT RIGHT!
Josh: That's her kids you can't tell her what to do!
OMG! What the duck!!!!!
Mama: Larry, Reginald, get into the water now. It's time to go!
Larry and Reginald : No!
Mama: I said get your ass in the water now!! *promptly rushes Larry in.
Mama: Ok Reginald. Your turn!
Reginald: No!
Mama: Then get your ass out of my sight! *promptly rushes Reginald away for good.
Reginald: I'm out bitches.
*starts a new adventure on his own. Gets endorsement for a new line of children's books. Becomes a millionaire ducky and never has to swim again.
1:32
DON'T TOUCH MY FOOD
Awwww no. Poor duckling :(
She don't attack on thoes. She want to. teach. her babies swim.
Most likely those ducklings are not hers, she wouldn't attack them like that. Usually mom and dads just kina peck them. Also I raised many ducks before.
Satisfying
In the water..you'll be save, son!
She just wanted them to accept Jesus Christ as their personal savior
LMAO good one Pat!
Was this the ducklings mom rejecting 2 of her ducklings?
It's only discipline not abuse!😂😂😂
Step moms be like
If I have to tell you to eat your dinner one more time Im gonna ...
Have yet to see a geese behave like this but seems pretty normal in ducks .Maybe since the male leaves her and pressure .Who knows but caring they are not .What was the outcome of this .The little duckling who hopped on high had sense....The survival rate of ducklings is low and am not surprised .Predators and indifferent mothers is a little too much .Well spotted ..
She is trying to get them in the water
If a mother duck thinks it's duckling is sick it will snap the duckling's neck
But mom I am scared .. I don't wanna go in that pond.
Совсем крякнулись чтоли?Видно же что дети не её!
It's a foreign duckling, not her own babies, I guess
Afshin6000 cmdrat yeah i do the same shit when i see other babies that arent mine
reynolds619 you are a fucking human turgnugget.. you have rational mind, while she online INSTINCT
they are hers, but she's trying to get them in the water and they were refusing to go in.
Afshin6000 cmdrat It's in the description.
lol xd No. "might not be hers" , does not mean "are not hers". The first thing I thought when I saw the clip was she has lost patience trying to get the ducklings into the water. But nobody knows for sure what happened.
Just buyin time til it’s eaten
I wish I have ducklings
Funtime foxy plays UNDERTALE FNAF AND MORE
They are nice pets, but they require lots of care until they are grown up and can do things on their own (they still need clean water, proper food and space to be happy).
I raise Muscovy ducks as a hobby and as a second job selling eggs to my neighbors, keeping them healthy and safe is hard work but pays off in the end; If you have some space and can aford to get some (ducks are very social animals), I recomend getting 2 to avoid having a lonely duckling.
have a great day/night
Renan Venâncio thank u for the advice ☺
Mom just wants them in the water she has done nothing wrong
Ya I think those ducklings are hers I think
She is the mother she could. Do whatever she wants with the. Ducklings. Why do us have to get involved in everything
why people have to interfere? you're not a duck and you don't know why the duck was doing that.
If a human touched the baby the mother thinks it is sick and tries to snap it's neck
Actually that is how the mother teaches them tp swim,
Baby duck has water phobia oops
No i thinks it’s cause she want them to swim
Qué es la joda? Nunca vieron al pato donald?
Damn Nature! You scary!
