Birdhouse at the Smithsonian National Zoo - March 2023

The Birdhouse at the Smithsonian National Zoo in Washington, DC, has been closed for a multi-year renovation. In March 2023, it was partially reopened for Zoo members to tour, and this is what I saw on my tour.
We shot this in 4K using primarily a Panasonic LUMIX GH6 camera, with one shot from a Panasonic LUMIX GX8 camera. It was edited using Blackmagic's DaVinci Resolve.

I like to take my audio recorder out in the morning and capture different sounds birds woodpeckers what have you distance sounds it's always nice. 😮

I agree... wild forest sounds are really relaxing. We used to have a home in the forest, and I always liked waking up there on a morning that we had the windows open.
