    Hey Arc .... sorry to hear brother you're in that current state ... I personally went on a 7 day fast on purpose a few years ago ... just drank water and went to work for 5 of those 7 days ... fresh air every night with slightly open windows ... worst symptoms were the first 72 hrs as the body started house cleaning from within and was dumping toxins into the bloodstream for elimination thru the 4 areas the body uses which are the skin, bladder, bowels and lungs ... so headaches (my symptoms) were bad as that crap was in my blood and circulating around the body ... but after that time passed, I must say my thinking was clear .... and I lost 27 lbs from my 150lbs 5'7" frame during that time ...
    I was taking a course at the time in holistic health so I knew what to expect going in .... quite the experience for sure ... I'm currently a healthy 160 lbs .. and I'm not giving you health advice below just to be clear ....
    I do know that milk products in general are acidic if over indulged in .... and of course fruits like lemons, oranges etc and veggies like tomatoes are acidic (I do eat these fruits and veggies ... but I wouldn't if I were in your current state) .... but one item for energy is bananas (chew until it becomes like water then swallow) ... 1/2 of one first to see how it goes ... then consume at will as needed .... and another great item for stomach acid is celery ... which will cause an acidic stomach to neutralize to a point.
    I won't go into detail about digestive juices and proper food combining but it's a subject many people have zero knowledge on ... hopefully whatever is in your system will get flushed out in time ... but rest alone won't do it as the body does require energy to heal itself ...books by TC Fry if you can find them explain much ... and the causation of disease from a food standpoint ... and stress is a bad habit to carry on ones back as it poisons the blood from a mental viewpoint.
    I will visualize you doing uber eats on the Sherman again soon my friend ... You got this !!!

      Hey bro, I've since recovered and now I can eat whatever I want without issues.
      Fasting was a MAJOR part of my ability to recover without surgery. The other part of the equation was antiacids. When you fast your stomach keeps producing acid and this was attacking the perforation in my stomach not allowing it to heal. With fasting on antiacids I got better within 2 days. It was crazy. Now I know that if this happens again I don't need to suffer like a dog for an eternity.

    Damn i knew something wasnt right after u didnt post after coming back. Glad to see you again tho, sucks to see you in this state, but you'll get thru it man. Keep the fight going bro 💪. Ill mention one thing about h ulcers, i think theres a method to find the ulcer using xrays or MRI's? Or maybe catscans? I forget which one, but they make u drink this flourecent yellow/green juice, and it somehow lines ur stomach or something and theres something in the liquid that will show up on the scans, so if the liquid sticks to or is like trying to leak out of a spot, thats how they find that it is indeed an ulcer and they find its location. Its something like that, thats one method they used on me when i had gallstones and had my gallbladder removed becuase it had doubled insize and was on the verge of bursting. That pain is also something i would never wish on anyone, theres nothing u can do to ease it, not sitting, not standing, not laying down, not any position its just %100 pain and agony the entire time. Hope to see you riding soon bro 🤙✊

      Thanks for the tip bro. That makes sense. From what I understood from multiple journals is that CT scans and MRIs can both detect stomach and intestinal ulcers. But my doctor said they can't. Not surprised though I've heard lots of wrong things from my doctors.
      One recommend to eat more beef lol. I can't even imagine how that would go.

    • @arcrides6841
      @arcrides6841  Рік тому +1

      Oh and it's definitely not x rays that can detect ulcers. Those are very simple scans mostly for bone fractures but even then they can't detect the very small fractures. CT scans are basically 3D X-ray machines. They take lots of x rays all around your body to compile a 3D image.

    There are a lot of things that could cause this, your doctor needs to be on the case. If the doctor cannot give you a definite cause you need to talk to him again. Water fasting is not a good idea, dehydration can cause some of the very symptoms you are describing. Stomach ulcers can be caused by different things, again your doctor needs to be on the case.

    • @arcrides6841
      @arcrides6841  Рік тому +1

      Yeah that doctor sucked big time. I saw a different doctor and gave them all the results of my scans/tests and they have the same answers so far. Nothing. I am certain it's inflammation of the GI tract and/or an ulcer in the stomach.
      I'm not dehydrating I'm drinking lots of water. The fasting could have saved my life. The extreme pain subsided within 3 days of just drinking lots of water. Still no energy but gonna start re feeding soon. My hopes are good now. Feeling much better right now compared to this morning. It's night time though. Feels like I'm about to get a great sleep again. Something I wasn't getting for most of this ordeal. I was writhing in pain most nights.

    Dude I live on antacids. I get heart burn when I even think about food, but I continue to use as few antacids as possible and it's seemed to help me a lot. I feel in a way heartburn is like getting a sunburn. If you let it happen too many times, it really puts you in a bad state. I would think get a full comprehensive blood test and continue to follow doctors advice. Make sure you're not nutrient deficient in some way. Get your family or whoever to help you get to the doctor and get serious about taking care of yourself. I had no idea until now. Hope you get better man. Thank you for the update. Yeah sometimes weird stuff happens and it can be totally invisible to us, but it's easy for doctors to see in the lab.

      I've been to the doctor several times, had scans and all. They can't figure out what's wrong. I mentioned this brother. When you say take it seriously do you mean go check in to a hospital bed?
      I can tell you that I'd be feeling significantly worse there. If it gets to the point I need IV nutrition I'll do it but I'm feeling good enough to eat small amounts so let's hope it doesn't get that morbid. Did you hear me mention that laying outdoors has been extremely beneficial that's why I'm out here.
      I don't know what it is but it really did make a difference the day I decided to start doing that.
