I’m so proud of myself this is the first HIIT workout I’ve been able to complete from start to finish in years of me trying to start my fitness journey! It was a mental battle because of how much I’m out of shape so I’m proud of myself
This is the best fitness channel I come across. Started with glutes, thighs and calves 20 mins workout. And it was a nightmare to complete 20 mins on first few days. But progression is amazing and today is day 16 and I have already combined this and shoulders, arms and core 20 mins with this 20 mins workout. A killer 40 mins workout so far. No messy music or aching explanations. It's all me, my grunting and time out beeps, love every second of it. Planning to switch to intermediate level in 2 weeks. No much of a weight loss so far, but endurance, mobility have tremendous improvements. Thanks for the great videos.

I couldn't compete this work out the first time I tried it but I'm really happy to say that I did all of it today (and I only slacked off a little bit on the frog jump) Thank you so much for making this accessible for people like me who are actively trying to make life better for themselves

+GroupHIIT, which is better for losing a TON of weight (like, 90-100 lbs)? Doing HIIT training specifically targeting certain muscle groups on certain days (say, like, on leg day, I do the HIIT training for legs), or should I just mix & match?
Alternating muscle groups in the way you mentioned above is a great strategy because you can work one group while the other mostly rests. The key to weight loss is less about what you do, and more about consistency, so keep up the good work.

I’m trying to lose some weight , I workout 5-6 times a weak and I eat healthy , but I Can’t know how many calories I eat a day because MyFitnessPal is only for people that are 18+ and I am 17 years old , what should I do to reach my goal?
I put in a older age and just tracked my calories I didn't pay attention to the amount of nutrients or anything because it wasn't for my age but it said over that a 1200 calorie diet is good

It’s different for everyone but usually 5-12 calories per minute depending on the intensity you’re feeling, your weight, gender etc.

You can look it up online, and eat 300-500 calories less to be in caloric deficit

This frog jump has me dying. Still can't finish this whole routine.
Remember to pace yourself and it should get easier. You can also switch to mountain climber when you get too tired to keep working on your endurance.
