Hot take: All shotguns should have a conversion where a random shell would be chambered and you don’t know what it is. It could be a slug, buckshot, birdshot, or even a new type of shell. I think it would be a fun conversation with a pretty low kill requirement.

The fact that weapon modifications look extremely absurd on some weapons, for example when you put the Cobra sight on an AK, it mounts with a bracket.
The Cobra does not need a bracket, the sight itself was made to be used on AKs without that bracket.
For example when you mount the PSO-1 on an AK, it mounts without a bracket, but this time the scope is too high and the mounting area does not fit correctly.
Or just put the stock scope to AG-3 :/

I feel like guns of the other countries are outcasted by popular ones.For example;Stylis Studios is making over 50% of the weapons in the game from America.And some other countries has weapons too which is probably well known by their own people of their country but still they are not being added to the game and that feels like they are being outcasted by Stylis Studios and mostly by the popular weapons out there (But even though there are no weapons from different countries,there are maps where they take place in,so they are not outcasted that much even though their weapons are not being added to the game but it still feels like it).

Fairly new player here, just unlocked the BFG 2 days ago and *Wow!* I’ve gotten my highest kill game with it at 81 kills. So I agree it opens up new players to sniping, but I have to admit that sniping in PF isn’t as easy when not using the BFG and I want to give credit where it’s due when it comes to the players that can do much better with harder to use snipers like AWP and Mosin Nagant. I think the BFG is balanced and a centerpoint of the game that can bring new players into a spectrum of the game that is both fun and informative about their future game progression.
Hi SomeStevens! Been watching your channel for a while and i love the content that you are making! Been playing phantom forces for about 3 years now, i think i have one of my favourite Low to no-recoil setup:
Gun of choice: AN-94
- Optics:
- Long range: Malcom 3X Scope
- Close range: Coyote SIght
- Barrel:
- Suppressor (the first suppressor)
- Under barrel:
- Folding Grip (if dont have any grip except the vertical grip is fine)
- Other:
- Ballistic tracker (if have)
- Or any lasers in general
Ammo:
- 7.62X39mm Conversion Kit (if you want DPS but in exchange for recoil - not too huge of a recoil increase but can see the diff)
- Or any ammo is up to you

My hot take is that Stamina pre-nerf was pretty good. being able to Bhop was a good way to move around and get the upperhand. Sad to see it nerfed into a "Standard Movement But Slightly Reduced Cooldown" though.

my take; most of what makes using a weapon fun for me is some special attachment i can work towards (i.e. slugs and conversions) and weapons that dont have that kinda turn me away

I really much like the m4a1 and for various reasons and the whole community of pf wants it to not get nerfed any sort
Low fov makes 360 no scoping a breeze(its like a passive zoom in).
Cold Take: The game is called Phantom Forces because it is a copy but changes a little bit of Battlefield 3 and they share quite distinct but similar acronyms BF for Battlefield and PF is Phantom Forces

Hot take: Stylist should make it so you can customize your "dot" on red dot sights and the entire scope on scopes not only coulour wise but also the shape.
HOT TAKE: Revolvers need a "roulette" ammo type. (one shot one-taps to anywhere at any distance, the rest are blank)

Hot? Take: The GSP is a good weapon to learn to aim for headshots, because, if you can't it is a glorified execution-only pistol, one that'll whip out once during a match to remove a sniper you snuck behind. Aside from that, the gun's great, and it incetivizes the user to aim for the head.
Yes there technically a way to deal with snipers on desert storm
Step 1 equip the PP-SH
Step 2 wait for sniper to kill you and use his kill cam to find and then push up to his position
Step 3 stray him with the PP-SH and boom problem solved
And problem solved how ever there is one weakness is if the guy has a Desert eagle XiX then your screwed but most times you win because all they have is a puny pistols
my hot take: Saiga is best weapon, with all the conversions you can use it as (I think) every type of gun, and that way you can get lots of kills on it, and don't really have to pre-buy anything besides the conversions themselves
low FoV offers more single target focus at the cost of self awareness

i'm saying that out of experience, when i run low FoV i get flanked constantly when i run high FoV i'm not getting flanked but i tend to jump from target to target as they appear and just die to one i didn't finish

3:03 I’ve been playing bad Business recently, and I can say with confidence I miss phantom Forces’ movement. Really the only thing that BB retains from PF is sliding and vaulting. I like the super jumping, the fluid movement in general, and the wall sliding mechanic. I don’t see a lot of people using it, but it’s actually pretty good.
8:12 As an avid War Thunder player, I like having a higher/medium FOV, it makes it a lot easier for me to spot enemies and pick my targets wisely so I can engage enemies who are an immediate threat and move on to other targets as I need to.
To me, true friends, no matter how annoying they are, I still want to be with them 🙂🎇✨.
Hot take: the loudener is VERY underrated. suppression on specific weapons such as the rpk74, hcar a, and ak12br with 12.7x55mm ammo can make it that much more difficult for another user to fire back while also giving a 25 point bonus even if you dont hit them at all.

Idk where to find it but somebody said they're a console player (I am too) and they said that the way spawns work is broken (I def killed him with the prime spot on metro) it's the same thing as pc but pc has people getting 200 kill games the highest I've seen on console was 189 during ps update, so don't complain when it's easy to escape spawn traps

the one thing that i hate in pf is random sprint problem that’s still sitting around since forever, sometime the character just decided to sprint to any direction that you are walking

It's a really good pocket sniper, it has 3000 mv and a short but viable one shot torso kill range.
if you're good with it, you can rather easily kill someone trying to snipe you from a range your primary can't kill easily, or in other words: it's one of the best secondaries for a shotgun.
6:39 Stylis should be taking notes from games like Bullet Frenzy (a very underrated FPS on Roblox) with it's very diverse range of primaries and secondaries alike, from the base standard M4A1 to the seemingly unknown and even outright non-existent and fictional like it's array of laser rifles and references alike (I'm not saying they should make the railgun publicly available, don't get any ideas like that).
I get it though, Stylis only really add guns that actually exist outside of general media, but come on... A laser shotgun would sound so cool to have in game.
That's just my take, but I'd say that weapons that basically nobody could have ever heard of would be much more fun and help to diversify PF's relatively bland arsenal, because..
Right now, most of the guns you see around the game are very generic and similar, like the current AK107 and HK416, and it's probably about time for that to change.

Wholly disagree about the sass .308, it's literally a mini sniper in your back pocket, pair it with shotguns or close range guns and just pull it out when some nerd with an intervention is camping across the map and tap em in the face. Great handling, 3000 muzzle velocity, 94 damage minimum (I think), run it over sfg and obrez imo.
Hot take: USAS-12 + Slugs is the most powerful Battle Rifle (if theres slugs)

Add a Boolean value for whether or not a gun has Limb pen, it could be used to balance certain guns like the BFG without actually nerfing the damage.

that's not how snipers work irl, and also not how they work for anyone but a sweat. you have a gun? you aim for the torso. headshots are a bonus, not the target.
ngl the sass 308 is the best secondary sniper. 3000 velocity, good handling, 1 shot head all range and a little bit of torso range too. Ok maybe it's not better than the gyrojet but it definitely wins in the stock irons department

Hot take: Kriss vector with removed stock is a ultimate close range weapon with alt aim. Work best on maps like facility or container o' fun.

Sass 308 is really fun gun tbh, great muzzle velocity and one tap head all ranges, it's like pocket ft300
In my opinion about the BFG 50, it is a good weapon but it is very broken, many people can buy the weapon because it is very cheap or requires a very low rank to unlock it and I think that Stylis Studios could nerf the weapon by leveling up to unlock the weapon at a more reliable one, although many people still tend to use it on the Desert Storm map or one where the map is very large and wide. Although there are some snipers that are very good, some players usually use the BFG 50 to annoy other players since it is very easy to use, kills with one shot, is very cheap and is very affordable. I think they nerf the weapon a little. What do you think?
