I like that for some reason UA-cam is recommending me random youtubers with short videos and not many views, it's been so long since then.

It is really odd the amount of small youtubers ive been reccomended. Around half of them have actually intrested me as well. The algorithm, as much as we hate it, is getting better.

Thank you for taking the time to translate and share all of this with us. It sounds like Nintendo is headed in the right direction. I'm a huge fan of indies, so anything that helps support new devs and get those games onto Switch is a plus for me.
As for accessibility, it's good to know they're thinking about that as well. I'm not visually impaired, but I do utilize the Switch's built in screen zoom feature quite a bit. I don't know if it's possible, but I would love to see an attempt at making motion controlled games playable without motion controls as well. I would have really enjoyed Switch Sports and other, similar games, but couldn't because of the motion control requirements. I understand that not all games will be playable by all people, but when it's a major title like that it does hurt a little to be unable to play. Also, a built in, quick-to-access toggle that reverses the x and y axes during gameplay would help a lot of people. It's not usually an issue for me, but I know there are people who cannot handle games that don't allow reversing both axes, so adding a toggle (maybe in the side bar opened by holding the home button) would be pretty cool.
I'm sure there are loads of other ideas as well. Nintendo can be pretty good at innovation when they decide to focus on it. Here's hoping the Switch 2 will harbor nice surprises for all.

No worries at all. Thank god for Google Translate! When I first started this channel, I had someone ask me about the UI or the Settlers game and after that I started looking into accessibility and what might help players out. Here's hoping Nintendo do make motion controls optional! A lot of people on Switch Lites get left out because of them.

jsut means theyre gonna kill indie games next. Theyre already going after people making fan games.

I don't think they are aiming to kill Indies since they have lots of support for devs. Fan made games, well yes, and that's protected IP so I get it. Nintendo are very protective of their brands

A company like Nintendo has such a long history and unique art style that they could actually scan in all of their own work into an AI and have it generate more work based off their previous work and completely subvert all of the potential copyright issues. Although it wouldn't save them from the anti AI gang as their main issue appears to be a concern with AI putting real artists out of business.

I'm a bit... (adverse?) to AI. I think when used properly then there's no issue but 90% of the time, its being used to axe jobs and cut corners, but that a whole other topic and I'm trying to educate myself more on AI so I can understand it better.
