I was actually surprised to find out that a lot of cartoon voice actors were in the Annoying Orange TV Show. This includes Rob Paulsen (Broccoli Overload, Dr Fruitenstien, etc), John DiMaggio (Rock Candy Monster), Phil LaMarr (King Marshmallow and Cupcake), Tom Kenny (Coconut, Banana, Guava, and Teddy Juicer), Jim Cummings (Tomato), and even Cree Summer (Pomegranate Singer)
Actually it was Michael Clarke Duncan who voiced King Marshmallow.
Tom Kenny also played Spongebob and Talking Hank
Don’t forget John DiMaggio as the Rock Candy Monster.

To get this straight, the reason why Marshmallow's voice is different in the (HFA) is because they don't have the same voice maker of the real Marshmallow in AO. The voice maker of the real Marshmallow might still work for the AO in UA-cam.
