Michael Naisbitt he’s dead now but he would never have been released because a. like the recent parole recommendation for Leslie Van Houten people would be extremely angry about it even now and b. he probably would have been murdered within a week. Lynnie L. That's why I hope she never gets released from prison. Because I'm sure a member of her late husband's family would kill her.
Billy Flynn is free because he told the truth, has always shown remorse, and did his time in a quiet and respectful manner. Pamela Smart is not capable of any of these things. Her goal was to have her husband dead, and she wouldn't have stopped until she found someone to do it for her. Pamela Smart is the real person that killed her husband. He may have performed the act, but Pamela Smart put that gun in his hand - and she knows it. Paul Maggiotto is correct when he says that a million tweets won't get her out of prison. Nothing will - you can tweet, petition, make documentaries, talk to reporters, create videos and social media pages and petition every new Governor that takes office in New Hampshire and the outcome will always be the same. No new evidence, no new trial, no mercy.
Loving life I agree. The way I see it is he was 16 and manipulated by her. Yeah he shot him but he doesn't deny what he did. Pamela acts like she did nothing wrong. Why should she get out when she won't admit she wanted her husband dead and convinced a teenager to do it. Billy flynn accepted responsibility and he wouldn't of done the crime if she didn't get him to do it in the first place. So should he have got parole well he did and doesn't keep pretending he didn't do anything unlike her. It's not like he hasn't served over 20 years in prison.
Loving life Anybody who murders a person to gain something out of it is evil POS and should get death penalty! I don't think he is innocent just because he was 16-17.
If she admitted to her involvement in Gregg’s murder and was remorseful and absolutely disgusted with her actions then yes I believe she should be eligible for parole. But for almost 30 years, she’s repeatedly denied anything and that’s why she should not leave unless she’s in a box! 💯
As much as I dislike this EVIL woman... I actually felt so sorry for her when she claimed she was attacked, and had to have a metal plate put in her face. How awful ! Two wrongs... doesn't make it right. So sad.
The mind is a funny thing. When it's made up to do wrong, it doesn't function very well at all. From fleeing a traffic stop to avoid a license suspending ticket, or DUI, to robbery in an effort to maintain property, or have a place to stay. Rarely is taking your medicine worse than the consequences of committing a crime to avoid it, yet people do it everyday. Divorce, cheat all better alternatives than what happened here. Perhaps her brain wanted that situation so bad that she just wanted him dead, like the woman who killed her two kids by driving them into a lake so she could be with the man she was cheating with, who apparently saw them as baggage, a couple years prior to this story.
It would have been a very easy option in Pam's case not because she's a woman but because her husband wasn't an abuser who threatened to kill her if she tried to leave, they had no children, and they didn't have years of accumulated wealth, property, possessions, etc that would require detangling.
@@TheCalico72 Whatever the case, we know there's something special about any human being that decides the best way to solve their problem, is to kill another human being that had no part in causing it. Simple formula, when you do wrong, things go wrong.

I was wondering how she is bleaching her hair in there and if she has a set of hot rollers in prison. Because....she looks like she came out of a salon....albeit a 1990s salon
And if any of you have a bleeding heart for her, think of this. This woman had everything. She had a set of parents that loved her, kept her protected and provided for. She was sent to a good college where she was smart enough to receive a teaching degree. This means she is a smart woman. She had everything anyone could want, things that so many young girls didn't have. It wasn't enough for someone greedy & self centered. And to this day she is still that. Not one time did I hear her say she was sorry for all that happened. Not one time. Not one time. She has had half her life to ponder what she did wrong & come to realize that she took the life of a good man, for nothing! She is where she deserves to be. I'm am very happy that she did not get the death sentence. I hope she lives for a long, long, long time & spends every second in jail where she belongs.

@just my opinion ok, I'm not going to lie. Ive read this message several times, literally, I have been dying laughing at, what do you said because she probably thinks that because she's a woman, which you can't even call her a woman. She was molesting a child at least she's in prison, but let's be real if she would have been extremely beautiful like that. One teacher was, she would have only gotten house arrest and then that one teacher who had children with her student, she died of breast Cancer recently, he came forward and actually finally told the truth about how bad all of this stuff messed him up. That is horrific, but the double standard is ridiculous, it doesn't matter, they should get the same amount of time as a man does what their doing is molestation, sorry for sending you another message, I was molested myself and I don't care that he was a boy, he was molested, he wasn't able to give real consent, it's messed up, do the right thing, if a woman does this then these so called women should be in prison for the rest of their lives. Once you molest a child, you will do it again and again and again they never stopp believe me.
I can't begin to imagine what spending the rest of your life in one place with no access to the outside world is like. I do believe life in prison is worse than the death penalty, and therefore I believe she got what she deserved. She's honestly trying to convince everyone that the person who murdered her husband was the same person who she just happened to be having an affair with? Coincidence? I think not.
Well that's what Pammy said too. That she would have preferred getting the death penalty because it atleast has an end. Shes gonna grow old and die in there.
Of course it wasn't a coincidence. Even she says it wasn't a coincidence. She claims Billy and the others did it one their own and that Billy might have thought it was the only way he could continue having sex with her. The other 3 guys, were NOT having sex w/Pam so their involvement shows that they had criminal tendencies unlinked to her.
Does she expect people to feel sorry for her when she says "Wish I got the death penalty?" She is trying to get out? No internet in prison? Hasn't seen a cell phone? Oh gee, isn't she a victim.
Spend one day in Prison.. lol not saying she is innocent because I dont buy that, but I can see why she would rather be dead than be in Bedford Hills..lol cockroach central.
Pamela....the reason why ppl showed empathy is because he was a kid who was manipulated by YOU. You fully were aware of what you were doing and thought that u could set that kid up and he would be the one who took the fall for your husband's murder. Even to this day, she made it all about her. How she hates prison and her wanting to get out. I noticed that she never once mentioned your deceased husband in this interview or spoke on how she misses him. She only talks about her pain and suffering. Get comfortable because prison is your permanent home.
The SIXTEEN year old, that killed your husband! I felt for this woman until she questioned how the man who killed him is getting out. It's because he was a 16 year old kid whom you manipulated! As far as I'm concerned he served his time.
Pamela Smart, at 22 years of age, was immature and like a teenager herself. She used youthful bad judgement in getting involved with students and having an affair with Billy Flynn. The local media went after her with vengeance and prejudiced the chances of her having a fair trial at an alternative location other than Exeter, NH.
the parole board had forgiveness for flynn because 1, he was young, 2, they believed he was manipulated by smart & 3, he has always shown alot of remorse & 4, he served over 20 yrs & was a model prisoner.
Parole has nothing to do with "forgiveness." A prisoner is granted parole when he or she meets the criteria outlined by law. Forgiveness is not listed as a component of the criteria for parole. Flynn was sentenced to life WITH the possibility of parole because he testified against Pam. Pam on the other hand was sentenced to life WITHOUT the possibility of parole. That is why she will never get out of prison. It all has to do with the sentencing guidelines and has nothing to do with "forgiveness." Forgiveness is a personal matter.
We all know the saying "it's written all over the face". Some evil people hide their dark inner thoughts well, and can fool people. Not this person though. Till now, STILL no remorse whatsoever. Still thinks she's so smart & a good actress, can fool everyone. Yet, if she truly showed remorse, admitted her crime, changed, the Panel may of given her parole long ago.
When the boys drove the 36 miles from Seabrook to Derry, arriving after sunset the night of the murder they knew the door would be unlocked for them. It was. They knew neither Pam nor Greg would be home yet. I don't think they were prepared to wait an indefinite period of time which could turn out to be hours. Would you be? They must have known fairly precisely when Greg would get home. They did know because Pam told them. They made sure they got there shortly before he did. And it was important that Pam not arrive home until after the boys had had time to do the deed and clear out. So she gave them the allotted time before she came home. For the plan to work the timing had to be orchestrated within fairly small margins by Pam and she would have to leave the door unlocked.
She is a perfect example of why she's never been granted leniency. She denies having anything to do with it, she plays herself as the victim, and she has an obvious disdain for the fact that Justice is being served. She never mentions her husband's name, and after all these years cannot admit that she talked to 17 year old boy into killing her husband. That being said, if I had two choices, life in a horrible hideous prison with no chance of parole, or death, I would choose death
"I'm too famous", I don't think so. She looks just like a million other broads in the world. As long as she got away from the east coast she could just disappear into society...

Glad to hear she's suffering. She certainly doesn't sound sorry in anyway for what she did. Hope she lives to a 100 in there never to get out.
Eremon1 she is NOT SUFFERING.. she lives in the dorm that gives all kinds of extras like a private room, a tv in that room, ect.. she has it better than 90% of the inmates there.
Eremon1 The parole board agrees, let her rot. Her spouse hasn’t been paroled from the cemetery yet. When that happens, we’ll look into her request for release.
What a cold, cold woman. She has all the warmth of an ice cube.
"I'm too famous". This is what most people want and the media gives them attention.
Yes
She seems to be complaining. Prison isn't supposed to be fun. That's why it's prison
King Fedor eh I’d complain too
Who the hell is king Fedor?
Poor Pamela Smart. Prison isn’t a good place for her.
Yes, but it’s not a place for a woman to get raped constantly or beaten nearly every week
Jordana Leriche I’m not so sure. Her husband didn’t get the option. What he gets every week is oblivion. I think a good beating is fine, maybe even twice a week.
Not ageing well.
She believes she's famous. She's infamous. Charlie Manson ordered murders. He's blamed as much, if not more, than the actual murderers.
GordanGeeko The difference is Manson is insane Release him and he will kill again.
Michael Naisbitt it is maybe little hard release manson
Michael Naisbitt he's dead already
Michael Naisbitt he’s dead now but he would never have been released because a. like the recent parole recommendation for Leslie Van Houten people would be extremely angry about it even now and b. he probably would have been murdered within a week. He didn’t want to leave prison back in 1967 when he was paroled for the final time.
Micheal Naisbitt: Too late now, Manson died in prison.
After all this time she's still lying, and exactly where she belongs.
I said it 25 years ago and I say it today,She has evil in her 👀
"I wish I got the death penalty". You're not the only one lady!
good one!
“I’m too famous” prison really closes the outside world
How is she able to do her hair like that in prison?
Harper Leigh That's what I said!!!!
Harper Leigh nice clothes too?
she bleaches her hair with toilet paper?
Harper Leigh u can use clean tampons to curl your hair, empty toilet paper rolls, etc. Just wrap your hair around them and go to sleep.
Harper Leigh maybe they had it done before the interview
I am surprised she hasn't mention Cecelia Pierce, the one who police used to record Pam admitting her crime. Pam is right about one thing she's famous; for not serving her sentence quietly. Jail is where she needs to be, not only for what she did, but also for lying to herself on live TV just to gain sympathetic supporters to aid in her lost cause.
I bet she always shys away from mentioning Cecilia, because, then she would have to admit it is her own voice on tape.
She doesn't undet how someone can forgive the actual killer, she says.
Lady, you corrupted a young boy, just a bit older than a child, and convinced him to kill.
She is not remorseful at all. She deserves to stay in prison forever.
She will definitely do it again keep that animal behind bars Parole denied
She is so famous I've never heard of her.
I love hearing that she is having a hard time adjusting to prison life
she wishes she had gotten the death penalty.........so do I
Ironically, murderers get less time in prison than she did.
She IS a murderer!!
I feel like if they really want the death sentence, give it to them, why even give them the mere possibility of getting paroled. Saves on tax payers money and she won't be a nuisance anywhere else
Lynnie L. That's why I hope she never gets released from prison. Because I'm sure a member of her late husband's family would kill her.
Lynnie L. After watching this so do i
Billy Flynn is free because he told the truth, has always shown remorse, and did his time in a quiet and respectful manner.
The kid was only 16, michigan law changed last year. If a minor was sentenced to life, they lowered it to 25 years max.
He should have gotten the death penalty
Still she wasn't much older than the boyfriends and he did it. And yes, doing it counts more.
Loving life Anybody who murders a person to gain something out of it is evil POS and should get death penalty! I don't think he is innocent just because he was 16-17.
She "wished she got the death penalty?" How about wishing you never cheated on your husband which led to his murder?!?!?! Smh.....
Or that she didnt plan her husbands murder
"Do you ever fantasize about escaping?" "Why yes, yes I do, I even have a plan"....what a stupid question lol
Ikr...she should've said I thought I could just roll out with you if you don't mind🤣
@@deebo5475 😂
@@deebo5475 😳😎
Probably he'd already figured out how stupid she is, therefore perfect/fit question for her...just saying
no sympathy for this devil. you get to breathe. your husband? not so much. tough.
She said "no" way too quickly when asked if she had any role. Just what I heard
And started to roll her eyes before she stopped.
I bet if you told her that half the comments were people wondering who the hell she was, she'd freak out.
"No... Because I'm too famous".
"I have a hard time understanding how the forgave the killer but not me."
Keep her there. Throw away the key.
Yes she dont need out
If she admitted to her involvement in Gregg’s murder and was remorseful and absolutely disgusted with her actions then yes I believe she should be eligible for parole.
But for almost 30 years, she’s repeatedly denied anything and that’s why she should not leave unless she’s in a box! 💯
I remember this case... DO NOT FEEL SORRY FOR HER! She belongs exactly where she is...
Wow! "I'm too famous." There's no guilt at all
I cannot stand to look at her and listen to her same lies over and over ~
As much as I dislike this EVIL woman...
I actually felt so sorry for her when she claimed she was attacked,
and had to have a metal plate put in her face. How awful !
Two wrongs... doesn't make it right. So sad.
Alma Wells jail in America is not setup to rehabilitate people, it's setup to make them worse
I think the word she was looking for is "infamous '
That or notorious
She is a woman. Divorce would have been a pretty easy option.
Get a clue. I tried. Mine attempted to murder me
The mind is a funny thing.
@@loriannrichardsshinn6714 Omg, that terrible! I'm glad he didn't succeed. Were you finally able to get a divorce?
Pam smart is where she belongs. In a few of the interviews ive seen she never once mentions greg (may he rest in peace 👼💜) or sheds a tear how heartless, she is so self absorbed . She was a media junkie. The things she said after gregs murder were sicking. She is the cause of her own demise.
sherry exactly not one mention of her husband. No a word.
Finally a woman, doing more time than the man.
He was a boy/child. I feel sorry for him
@@oc4515 I do not feel sorry for a teenager who pulled a trigger on a man who was on his knees.
Let's just say she wasn't that smart

Couples do argue/fight, but the difference between you and them, is that they don't end up *KILLING* people!!!
She clearly orchestrated the murder. Why would her lover kill her husband if she didn't persuade him?
"Too famous"! I'll forgive her. As a "limey", I've noticed many Americans say famous when they actually mean infamous or notorious.
Adrian Larkins What’s a limey lol
Adrian Larkins Mostly just psychopaths say such, of which she is queen. I think ‘timey’ must mean either a long time in prison or what we used to call a ‘lifer’ possibly.
Public schools have been on decline since 1980. It's not by chance either.
“I’m to famous.” 😂 I don’t even know who she is.
More like infamous!
Lol after seeing the film clips the casting of the movie was very flattering compared to the real life people
Her haircut shows how she's still stuck in 90's.
I was wondering how she is bleaching her hair in there and if she has a set of hot rollers in prison. Because....she looks like she came out of a salon....albeit a 1990s salon
I am shocked she hasn’t gone totally nuts. Groundhog Day every day.
I mean it doesnt look bad
@@emilyrose8576 considering the environment she is in. It looks quite good.
To be fair, her hair is great. She's in prison for 25 years. It's still shiny and soft.
Interviewer: Do you fantasize about escaping?
Pamela: No, I’m too famous.
Me: Who you?
Her husband well greet her on the other side when she dies in prison on her deathbed or gets jumped to death!!!!! It well not be a forgiving meeting !!!!!!! AGHHHHHH 02:43 her lesbian friend that puts $ on her commissary for sexual letters !!!!!
It doesnt take a lot of brains to be a teacher.
A neurosurgeon yes.
Who has sympathy for this sociopath? I haven’t read a sympathizing comment yet
Did you ever think about the possibility the boy took it upon himself to kill the husband so he could have her all to himself and that she knew nothing about it? Its more than plausible. Especially since I guarantee you the police and prosecutors and lawyers for the boy told him he’d get off lighter if he said it was her idea.
ellie jobe "smart enough to receive a teaching degree". Sorry lady, since the mid 80's all one has needed to receive a teaching degree here in the States is a hatred of America and s love of Marx.
“I’m too famous” -I’d never know who she was
Me either lol
“Ever think of trying to escape?”
Her answer should have been, no because I would be caught right away because too many people know my face! Narcissist much?..... “no because I’m too famous 🙄
If she said Yes they would move her to a maximum security prison or move her every year. Diesal thereby
How can you not know I was being sarcastic??? Haha
Also every prisoner thinks of ways out!! Duh! But she wasn’t being sarcastic when she said “I’m too famous” in other words what’s the point I know I will be caught
She only cares about herself, I'm glad he's getting out she deserves to be in prison for the rest of her life, she's the one who set this up he was only a kid she has no excuse...
@just my opinion LOL that's hilarious..
She's where she should be; the death penalty is too easy.
Ive been in prison. Did more time than most men i know. And if i received a life sentence...wouldnt want it. I would prefer death.
@Nath _ I agree the trigger man should have got 30yrs minimum
From what I heard she suffers from deep depression. Life with parole is a slow killer
She's still in jail because she's still sticking to her "innocence"
Does she expect people to feel sorry for her when she says "Wish I got the death penalty?" She is trying to get out? No internet in prison? Hasn't seen a cell phone? Oh gee, isn't she a victim.
Before the movie To die for, they had an actual TV movie called Murder in New Hampshire: The Pamela Smart story where Helen Hunt played Pam Smart.
It is here on UA-cam.
Such a cold heart. Poor thing! All mememememmeeme! Not one regret about ending Greg’s life, and ruining Billy’s. She has no remorse.
The correct descriptive word she should've known to use (being a former teacher) about herself, isn't "famous;" it's "notorious."
@Okay-iseewhatyoumean:. You get an A+!
How do you bleach your hair in prison???
If she insists she had nothing to do with the murder, then why would she rather get the death penalty??
arielartista I bet it's because her guilt is eating her alive. I hope so.
"She's too famous"?? Eh what?😂😂😂 - obviously severely delusional aswell
I remember this I lived near there. I cant beleive how much time has gone by. She is aging for sure but always had that hard look
The SIXTEEN year old, that killed your husband! I felt for this woman until she questioned how the man who killed him is getting out. It's because he was a 16 year old kid whom you manipulated! As far as I'm concerned he served his time.
Also, they were smart enough to accept plea deals, unlike you.
What was she thinking!? Gregg was 10x better looking than Billy!
Renee Jewell I agree. It's so messed up and crazy, why not just divorce ? It's quick and easy.
Phillipzane1 ..it wasn't about looks. It was about power.
Pam has a mental disorder.
That is for sure.
Let this woman go. She has suffered enough. Something seriously wrong with people who want to punish a woman until she dies.
Pam Smart: *"I wish that I would've had the Death Penalty vs. Life in prison".
I'm sure LOTS of people wish that for you, Pam!
the parole board had forgiveness for flynn because 1, he was young, 2, they believed he was manipulated by smart & 3, he has always shown alot of remorse & 4, he served over 20 yrs & was a model prisoner.
I’m almost positive Nikole convinced Chris watts to do the same.
You don’t have a “smart” phone, Smart? 🤣🤣🤣
How is she still alive??😡
she said she's too famous 😂😂😂😂
She thinks she is famous, but really she is infamous. Big difference.
Joyce Maynard, who wrote "To Die For," believes Pam Smart should be paroled. Maynard's letter was included in Smart's petition for commutation.
Never realised how tough prison can be, at least they have ice machines to cool those drinks. 😂
"I'm too famous", I don't think so.
She looks just like a million other broads in the world.
As long as she got away from the east coast she could just disappear into society...
I wish she got the death penalty too.....
I'M TOO FAMOUS
don't you mean infamous?
She cheated on her beautiful husband... with THAT?! My jaw dropped when I saw him. She dropped a diamond to pick up a penny.
The NH supreme court rejected her appeal today. She is clearly guilty. She even said that was her last chance on getting out.
